WHAT, really happens when we die? [ OR where are the dead?]
Do YOU, remember the city wide strike by city workers, on the city garbage pick-up? This was way back in 1981, when unhappy workers stopped collecting the garbage for several days.
As you can imagine this was a real smelly health problem as well. Nearly 100,000 TONS of rotting garbage piled up on the sidewalks, becoming a feast for the city' s many, many rats. Public Health authorities, warning of the dangers to general health for typhoid and other ills, proclaimed a general health emergency, the first since the 1931 Polio epidemic.
New York, people, never at a loss, began putting their garbage into plastic bags, and into cardboard boxes, and wrapped them up as if they contained a present, and left them in their unlocked cars, ans sure enough many a thief, got the Presents"!
While deceiving a thief may be a good idea, there are deceptions within Christianity that are extremely dangerous. This lesson will cover the very first LIE, the devil used, that was recorded in the Bible. And much of Christianity teaches this Satanic Lie, as Bible fact! As not ONE person has come back from the dead in 2,000 years, Satan keeps pushing this lie, "Man' s soul is immortal", when the Bible clearly states:
1 Timothy 6:15-16. "Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen."
However men teach: Genesis 3:3-4 "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:"
So they end this teaching with "Die, and soul goes straight to heaven while the body's buried!"
None of this in Biblically correct!
1. But. . .what hope do we have of overcoming death? Is there life after death?
Revelation 1:18-19 "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;" {The "I" is Jesus Christ}
NOTE: This clearly tells all who reads, that Jesus is the one who has come back from the dead, and HE does have the "Keys" [power over] hell [Hades, sheol, the common grave of mankind] and death!]
2. WHAT DOES GOD WANT US TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AT DEATH?
1 Thessalonians 4:13-15 "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep."
Note: Is it not clear, that our Father in Heaven wants all to know about death, and what happens during that state? Remember the word death is used 300 times in His Word! The Bible has a clear answer.
3. WHAT did JESUS call death?
John 11:11 "These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep."
Note: When Lazarus died, Jesus said our friend sleeps. Any friend of Jesus who dies, sleeps in Christ, and, dying, know they shall awake again, someday at His Advent-- HIS return.
4. HOW WAS MAN MADE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
Genesis 2:7 . "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
NOTE: "...and man BECAME a living soul." A dead person is but a body, a living person IS a soul! Life is possible ONLY with God's "Breath of Life", as only HE is the source of all life! A soul IS NOT any ADDED feature to any human being, contrary to what most teach!
5. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SOUL WHEN MAN DIES?
Ecclesiastes 12:6-7 "Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it."
NOTE: "...SPIRIT..." this is God's breath of life, in the Hebrew -- "RUWACH". This is the Bible's description of death which is REVERSE of our Creation! When we die we return to this earth eventually as dust! Any person with NO BREATH, is what? DEAD!
6. Are there any thoughts or actions among the dead?
Ecclesiastes 9:5 " For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten."
Psalms 115:17 "The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence."
Job 7:5-10 "My flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken, and become loathsome. My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, and are spent without hope. O remember that my life is wind: mine eye shall no more see good. The eye of him that hath seen me shall see me no more: thine eyes are upon me, and I am not. As the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away: so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no more. He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more. "
Psalms 6:5 "For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?"
Note: Death is as a sleep. You are not aware of your surroundings while sleeping, and the next thing you know you wake up! Those who sleep in Christ, shall also wake up, when He calls at His return! This is the First resurrection, the Just shall live evermore. the unjust shall remain for another 1,000 years, during the Millennium.
7. BUT. . .but. . AREN'T THE DEAD SAINTS IN HEAVEN NOW?
Acts 2:29 "Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulcher is with us unto this day."
NOTE: Please this verse with care. IF. . .if God's saints go to heaven at death, then King David, who was a "Man after God's own heart," would or should be there right? Yet the Bible tells us, via God's inspiration in the New Testament, 1,000 years plus latter that David is still buried and has NOT YET gone to Heaven!
Ditto for Mary, there is NOT a single verse that even hints that she has been resurrected no matter what the Roman church system tells you!
TRUTH IS TRUTH AND IT NEVER CHANGES! NEITHER DOES GOD NOR CHRIST!

8. WHEN WILL THE SAINTS GO TO HEAVEN?
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
1 Corinthians 15:21-23 "For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming."
John 11:24-25 "Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:"

NOTE: The day of the Second Advent, the Return of Christ, IS that last day of flesh on earth for 1,000 years. All in Christ living or not shall be living with the same glorious body that Christ has from His resurrection moment fore wards! Those NOT in Christ, the unjust, shall perish at His return, and resurrected, just exactly as they were with all their ills and pains, at the end of the 1,000 years, to join Satan and CO., in the Lake of Fire's one and only time of use! This counters another "Tradition" of men. a burning hell then now and evermore! All this is from the mind of Satan!
[(j.b.) Please think here is man A sentenced as thief because he stole a loaf of bread for his hungry child, some 6,000 years ago, but at the same time man B murdered 100's yet both suffer, in hell, the same amount of time? Where is there Righteousness and Justice in this human idea?]
9. Who began this idea that the dead do NOT really die?
Genesis 3:3-4 "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.4. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:"
Note: Men have swallowed that lie, "hook,line and sinker", ever since! This contradicts the Bible in: Ezekiel 18:4 "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die." [Romans 6:23]
Note 2: For some years now it's been a 'rage' in Hollywood's ideas, about life after death, and all those shows that appear that we can speak to the dead.... Read Chapter 28 of ! Samuel and learn what the Bible says of mediums, and speaking to the dead.Know when one does this they speak to Satan and crew.
10: How has the devil, Satan, continued this lie, and why?
2 Corinthians 11:13-15. "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."
Note: If the devil can appear to look like an angel of light, he can also appear as one's dead Aunt come back to "life"! The Bible illiterates, say they speak to the dead, and they fully believe they are speaking to their loved ones, but the fact is, Satan knows all about us and things we know none should or can know. He and his angelic demons, are not visible to us, and they are near all who Satan thinks they can be made open to his side! This "speaking to the dead," in but one method he uses. His present HEADQUARTERS, HOLLYWOOD, is only too happy to feed this garbage to you!
DID THE THIEF ON THE CROSS REALLY GO TO HEAVEN THE DAY HE DIED?
Luke 23:42-43 "And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise."
NOTE: All the Words in the Holy Bible's 66 books are inspired by God, BUT the punctuation, verse numbering, and, chapters are NOT! By the translators, who put a "COMMA" before the word "TODAY" fully changed the meaning of Christ's statement. the comma should have been placed After the word today, thus reading : "I say to you today, you will be with me in Paradise"
But how can we know this fact?
Jesus DID NOT go to Heaven that day, He was placed into the tomb, and rose on the Sunday the First day, just at daybreak. He ascended 50 days latter! He told Mary... as they met that morning.. John 20:17 " Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God."
Paradise is another word for heaven[Revelation 2:7] Plus look at Acts 19:11-12' s comma at the "sick handkerchiefs in the K.Bible.
11. What happens to the WICKED when they die?
2 Peter 2:9 "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:"
John 5:28-29 " Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."
NOTE: Contrary to much human teaching, the wicked are NOT sent into punishments by fire, but they are Reserved, or held until punishment. ,[In the Lake of Fire' s one time use] The Bible says, all that are in the graves shall come out in one of TWO resurrection. The wicked will come out into the SECOND RESURRECTION. to receive their punishments at that time!. [Rev. 20}
12. How will the WICKED be punished?
2 Peter 2:6-7 "And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample [example]that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:"
Note: Read Genesis 6 first few verses 1-7, and know the reason for the world-wide flood! Yet know this also.... John 3:15-17 "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
NOTE 2: Sodom and Gomorrah were burned to the ground, by fire. The Bible says this was for an example of what shall happen to to ALL the wicked, who accept NOT, Christ! BUT ARE THEY STILL BURNING TODAY? NO! Otherwise they would have found this location centuries ago rather only a few tens of years.
Jesus told us that we all have two choices: PERISH, OR EVERLASTING LIFE, NOTICE, He did NOT say everlasting burning! [However the results ARE forever!]
13. IS THE DEVIL, SATAN IN CHARGE OF HELL? [HELL IS USED 54 TIMES]
Revelation 20:9-10 " And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."
Matthew 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"
NOTE: How can he "Be in charge" when HE himself shall be its victim? Satan shall be the first top be cast into the Lake of Fire, right here on this earth, in full view of the Saints, who have overcome sin, and are in the New Jerusalem the Holy city, where they have resided in Heaven for the past 1,000 years, but as Revelation 21:2 clearly shows, all come to rest on this earth.
(j.b.) Rev.21, tells us that this city is in our measure, 350 mile square and the height is the same. Thus it's base is about the same size as the State of Oregon. Now do some research and find the size of land God promised Abraham, from the sea, {Mediterranean] to the great river (Euphrates),; is today near 350 miles!
14. BUT. . .but does everlasting fire mean the wicked burn forever?
Jude 1:7-8 "Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities."
Note In Revelation 21's no more pain sorrows or death, shows this forever punishings will last ONLY LONG ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB GOD SET FORTH! Satan's the one who has painted GOD as Lives to punish God.Satan and all his! [ the results are eternal] Look at this....
Jonah 2:6 " I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God."
Note: To Jonah all this must have seemed to last for ever, but it did not, right?
15. Where will the Lake of Fire be?
Revelation 20:9-10 " And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."
Revelation 21:1-2 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."
Revelation 21:5 "And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful."
Note: The Lake of Fire will burn up all the wicked, and it takes place on this earth's surface. This same fire will also purify, and remove ALL traces of present human efforts and works, as well as ALL pollution, over the entire earth, then The Garden of Eden shall be recreated, over all earth!
16. Will sin ever rise its head again?
Malachi 4:1 " For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch."
Nahum 1:9 "What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time."
Note: The fires that shall burn up all the wicked, they shall be reduced to ashes, thus they will not ever have any existence anymore forever. The Bible says, affliction, sin, shall not rise up a second time, When the fires go out, due to lack of fuel, it's ALL over and never worry about sin ever again!
WHY?
Revelation 20:14 " And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
Note: There shall be those who shall die three times......
Revelation 1:7 " Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."
Life's enemy, both yours and mine, is DEATH, agree? But guess who has the keys to both death and Hell, meaning the graves?
Revelation 1:18 "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."
