NOTE(JB): Would anyone disagree with this statement... "Earth has been contaminated by sin, as all humans are sinners, when judged against the Ten Commandments in their fullest meaning"?
Who, in their right mind would this sin ,and all the grief and heartache it causes, to continue in Heaven forever? Who would want to be there? This is the reason why, no sin, nor a sinner, be allowed entry in the Kingdom! There shall not be sin...period! As God knows our hearts and reads our thoughts! Thus none shall con God Now to the story!
Let us mention again that one of the most fundamental factors of the Christian life is CONVERSION, {of the heart/mind/character}. Every professed Christian needs to experience the peace of mind that conversion brings. This is indeed the longing of the heart. Repentance and conversion is urged by Peter as a prerequisite to the blotting out of sins. The blotting out, or the overcoming of sins, is another very important factor in the plan of God's Salvation.
NOTE(JB): For this we need to daily, or as often as needed, to invite the Holy Spirit, into our minds, as we can't do none of this by our own powers. We need to pray and ask for Heaven's help, daily!
The foundation for this chapter's study is found in...
Acts 3:19 " Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"
Note (JB) Please note the when, this event will occur in the course of human's search, for truth, remember people lie, God can't! Satan can only lie steal deceive, and kill, God uses only love and truth, but men pervert both the Bible and what it stands for, Christian Faith.We need only to look at all the different churches, that use the Word og God, to suit their own interpretations, YET the Bible proves itself, within itself, but they delete, change or ignore many parts. Read Revelation's 22 last few verses!
When we realize, within, that we can't have true "Peace of Mind", unless and until we are assured, that all our wrongs are forgiven and blotted out, and we by the powers of self, can not do this alone!
NOTE(JB) The Hebrew word "Blotted OUT", means in reality, as if never existed, the same term is used for all those who refuse to accept Christ as their Savior, Blotted Out! Thus the ones who love their sins, in the end, it shall be as if you never ever lived, nor existed! Is that empty or what?
This time has been defined by inspiration as the time of judgment, the Latter Rain, from the Holy Spirit and then the sealing of persons.. This comes to us only from Heaven's powers.
If is for these reasons we, each, must study carefully, what takes place within the Sanctuary, concerning the sins which have been brought in by virtue of christ's blood and His work of Substitution.....
Hebrews 9:6-7 " Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God. But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people:"
Who ministered in the First Apartament? The Priest. How often? Every day. Who went into the most Holy Place the Holy of Holies" Only the High Priest. How often? Only once a Year on Yom Kippur, the day of Atonement. What did he take with him? He took the atoning blood. You see, the path into the sanctuary is a blood-stained path, and inside there's more blood, on the horns of brazen alter,j and there's blood on the Mercy Seat. The Blood always represents the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This is brought out very beautifully in the Great Controversy, page 416.
"His (Christ's) intercession is that of a pierced sine, the the marred feet plead for the fallen man, whose redemption was purchased at such infinite cost."
This, the earthly Sanctuary had to be purified, or cleansed by the blood of animals. But not the Heavenly Sanctuary!
Hebrews 7:27 " Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself."
This refers, of course, to the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and the shedding of His blood..not pp 417-418 IBID. "The cleansing, both in the typical and in the real service, must be accomplished with blood: In the former, with the blood of animals, in the latter, with the blood of Christ."
Hebrews 9:22 "And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission."
What is remission? Ellen White continues: "Remission of sin, is the work to be accomplished."
Hebrews 9:23-24 "It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:"
The words highlighted, above are just so comforting, to me and should be to Y O U as well. For it tells us, that Jesus was NOT just "LOANED" to us for a few years, some 2,000 years ago, as a gift, but even forever! When He ascended back to Heaven He did so as our Older Brother, to personally present us to The Father. Therefore as He entertd Heaven, He carried all sins of the world, by virtue of His blood into the First Apartment, of the Heavenly Sanctuary, of which the earthly was but a copy! BUT NOW NOTE THE CHANGE. Once a year the High Priest went into the second apartment. Just so, Christ entered into the second Apartment in 1844 A.D.
Now a question: "How often did the high priest, go into the Second Apartment, the Most Holy of Holies? Only Once A Year! Will Jesus Christ do this every year?
NO! Absolutely not. Why not? He will do this once, and in the times of the end! He shall continue His work, His ministry in the Holy Apartment, until His work is finished. Read.......
Hebrews 9:26 " For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself."
Note(JB): in the end of the world, This word used as end, is the Greek word Sunteleia [ soon-tel'-i- ah] 4931 String's, entire completion; Consummation of a dispensation (of time).. A careful reading of Revelation will show all, that this same earth, shall be the heaven of eternity.[Revelation 21: 1-2.] It is for this reason we can say "Only those with Christ within will ever leave this planet, the wicked never shall!
Note also the underlined: He ..Jesus, put away sin by the Sacrifice of Himself." In Hebrews 9:26.
This term to put away, is the same used in the Bible to describe a man putting away his wife i n a divorce! So you see, that Jesus is in the business, of "Divorcing " us from all our sins, from His won, in this the the times of the end of this dispensation.. There's no other way to secure this earth, from Satan's grasp, sin.No peace conferences by the U.N, will last, in fact as of 12/2017, This U.N has put 20 some odd, declarations of wrongs against Israel, and none against the their constant antagonists the Palestinians! Note.....
Genesis 27:29 " Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee."
Note(JB): All that have Christ's Spirit within are "Spiritual Israelis," thus grafted int the Tree of Israel, therefore this covers all true believers. Can you not see how of the "peace of mind," He gives, the world can't match?
This world shall not know peace, until He returns, after the final Judgment is rendered! So+what's been going on in Heaven that we can know about? Since 1844 our High Priest Jesus has been preforming the work of the Investigative Judgement, and making atonements for all who are shown to be entitled to its benefits.
In the book, "The Great Controversy," p. 422 we read: "This is the termination of the 2300 days in 1844, Christ then entered the most Holy place (The First Apartment) to preform the closing work of atonement preparatory, to His return ." (Second coming.)
IBID p.421: "This is the service which began when the 2300 days ended. mAt the time, as foretold by daniel the prophet, our High Priest entered the most Holy, to preform the last division of His solemn work- to cleanse the Sanctuary.
Plus in Testimonies, Vol. 5, P 520 are these challenging words: "The sacred work of christ for the people of God that is going on at the present time in the Heavenly Sanctuary should be our constant study,"
From all these references we can see there was a big difference between what when on in the Two Apartments. In the first apartment, the sins of the penitent were transferred into the Sanctuary, by the substitute. Bur in the Second apartment, the Most Holy of Holies, the blood was sprinkled upon the Mercy Seat, in order to erase or blot out the sin. This is what took place during the Annual day of Atonement.....
Leviticus 16:5 "And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering."
There we discovered what the ancient priest did in the most holy place ( 2nd Apartment) note that there's two goats! They were brought in to the nmpriest, and lots were cast to see which one would represent the Lord's goat and which one would represent the Scapegoat, or Azazel (The devil) .
Leviticus 16:7-10 "And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat. And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD'S lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering. But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness. "
AS the "Scapegoat" was symbolic of Satan, the people could see and learn that the devil shall not always be with us, he shall die,at God's time.
Leviticus 16:12-16 " And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail: And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not: And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times. Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat: And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness."
SMOKE: from the candelabra, and the alter of Incense,, are both symbolic of the Holy Spirit.
So, Blood of the Lord;s goat was taken into the Sanctuary, into the second apartment ,the most holy of holies, and sprinkle it on the Mercy Seat and before the Mercy Seat. Yet that's not all...
Leviticus 16:20-22 "And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat: And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness: And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness."
Let's look at how Ellen White puts this in Patriarchs and Prophets P.356. "On tje Dsa\y of Atonement, the High Priest, having taken an offering for the congregation, went into the most holy place with the blood and sprinkled it upon the Mercy Seat, above the tables of the law. Thus the claims of the law, which demanded the life of the sinner, were satisfied. Then, in his character of mediator, the priest took the sins upon himself, and, leaving the Sanctuary, he bore with him the burden of Israel's guilt. At the door of the tabernacle, he laid his hands upon the head of the scapegoat,... And as the goat bearing these sins was sent away, as they were with him, regarded as forever separated from the people. Such was the service performed "unto the example and shadow of Heavenly things"
The scapegoat represented Satan, so, in the final act taking place on the Day of Atonement, the scapegoat was led into the wilderness, and left there to die!
Note(JB): When our Savior Jesus returns,all the just will be resurrected, and the living will be changed "in the blink of an eye", 1 Corinthians 15:50 -55. and the unjust will perish, all shall be upon this earth with Satan and his unholy angels, for a 1,000 years. During this time the just shall be with Jesus, learning why so and is there, but he nor she is there, and why and why not! After the 1,000 years {The Millennium] Satan will again rule all of the unjust, who are now resurrected, with same body and illnesness the died with, and will surround the New Jerusalem {rev. 21:2} in a attempt to steal
brimstone /sulfur, and purify this earth by fire, while Jesus has then transferred all sins upon Satan, who shall be cast into this Lake of Fire! Along with all the Unjust!
After the 1,000 years, i n the fires of the Second death.......
Revelation 21:8 " But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
........ Satan and all his shall receive the punishment of the Second death, not only for his own sins, but for the sins of all the redeemed saints, that were placed upon his head in the closing act of the Final Atonement. We are told in the Spirit of Prophecy that he shall suffer longer than any other being.
May I paint this picture for you? We are watching a man, leading a scapegoat away from the sanctuary.
WHY?
Because the scapegoat has upon it the, confessed and forsaken sins of God's own people. Who placed them on the scapegoat? The high priest. Where did the priest get these sins? It is interesting to note that he carried a portion of the sins in his own body: because according to the instructions, sometimes he was to eat part of the burnt sacrificial offering. The other sins he carried from the Holy Place of the Sanctuary. Do Y O U remember hows the sins came to be there? Yes, they were put there by means of the blood that was carried into the sanctuary by the priest.. These were the sins that the sinner had confessed over the head of the Substitute. Thus, transferring the sins to the Substitute, and the lamb, or the sacrifice offered.and slain by the sinner. So now we can see that there are two steps that must be taken i n separating sin from the sinner.
First, the sin must be transferred from the sinner, into the First compartment, of the Sanctuary, and in the Second Apartment, the second step there is a work to be done getting those sins out of the Sanctuary.
Here's a simple illustration of the separation process. Every City has a laundry and on Monday's, we shall find people bringing in their laundry's dirty clothing to be cleaned. That's what the a laundry does , right? Paul used the same idea in....
Ephesians 5:25-29 " Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:"
The Sanctuary therefore gives us a "Laundry service, for the "Church", enabling the people of God to be cleansed so they can welcome the return of the Lord, without fear His return! The Church members are to be waiting for His return... fully washed and clean, of sins. BUT God and God only can wash and cleanse us from all sins, this NO MAN can do! Therefore it MUST be up to us as individuals, to make sure that ALL our dirty laundry gets to God's Laundromat, to be fully cleaned, and no dirty clothes are left in the hamper, period!
Seeing there no earthly Tabernacle today, how are we to do this?
Verily [truly], it is by our repenting, and giving up our sins, and then asking our High Priest Jesus Christ, to take them away from us! We must go, by faith, to Calvary and behold Jesus, shedding His blood for you and all others.Then , by faith, we must follow our Resurrected Savior as He stansfers our sins through the efficacy of His Blood to the Heavenly Sanctuary. Then, on the Final Day of Atonement [ JB , this shall be at the close of man's Probation Period] the Jesus will, asw He sprinkles His blood upon the Mercy Seat, and blots out every trace of even our record of sins! In His last act He will carry the from the sanctuary, and place them upon the Scapegoat, ... Satan!
Here comes a big..big question: "Why is ti when we confess our sins, they are are not blotted out then and there?
Let's try this: Pretend that I am holding a whiteboard, and I write i n it the word SIN. Can you see it, i n your mind? The word, represents a sin, of a man, that's just come to the lord Jesus, and seeks forgiveness. What does Jesus then do? The Lord's desire, it that this man never "sees", this sin again, so He takes the sin into the Sanctuary and sprinkles His blood over it. If you could look into the record of heaven now, you would find that this sin is indeed covered with the priceless blood of Jesus. The ma n is forgiven, and is pardoned,, To illustrate this, suppose I take a handkerchief and hold it over the word sin. Now you can't see the word.
WHY?
Because it is covered by the handkerchief, SIN is still there... So, there is something further that must be done! The word SIN, must be erased, or blotted out. Now imagine that I take the same handkerchief and erase the word SIN, from the whiteboard, it's no longer there, no longer visible!
Psalms 32:1 " Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered."
Dear reader , when we confess, repent, and ask for forgiveness, and do this with all honesty, the sin is removed! Our Heavenly record, has been overwritten by the word, PAID IN FULL BY JESUS CHRIST.
Acts 3:19-21 "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began."
This should,nay MUST,tell all, that before Jesus returns again, He is going to "Blot out" the sins that have been covered, provided, of course, that you and I have met the conditions. Look at Jacob from Patriarchs and Prophets p.202 for the conditions of Salvation:
"Had not Jacob previously repented of his sin in falsely obtaining his birthright, by fraud, God could not have heard his prayer and mercifully preserved his life."
THESE WORDS ARE FOR US NOW!
"SO, in the time of trouble, [the tribulations of the time of the end] if the people of God had unconfessed sins to appear before them, while tortured with fear and anguish, they would be over-whelmed; despair would cut off their faith, and they could not have the confidence to plead with God for deliverance. But while they have a deep sense of their unworthiness, they will have no concealed wrongs to reveal.
WHY?
Their sins will have been blotted out by the atoning blood of Christ and they cannot bring them into remembrance!
WE, EACH, MUST BE AWARE OF THE ENEMY, SATAN'S TACTICS.
IBID: "Satan leads many to believe that God will overlook their unfaithfulness in the minor affairs of life; but the Lord shows in his dealing with Jacob, that He in no wise sanction or tolerate evil,[JB no matter how small ,or light] All who endeavor to excuse or conceal their sins, and permit them to remain on the Books of Heaven, unconfessed and unforgiven, will be overcome by Satan!"
Revelation 20:12-13 "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works."
Note(JB): I have used tobacco, for some 40 years, and I told many, many times, "Oh I can quit anytime I want" Yes even several times in one day" Yet is was not until my wife, since 1961, got ill, and quite smoking, that I got on my knees, after tossing out all the fixings, including lighters and ash trays, and ask The Father in Jesus' name to remove this craving from me. This was at least 15 years ago, and to this day, I've not ever unconsciously reached in my shirt pocket for another fix! Thank YOU FATHER! I was amazed at the better taste of all foods, and that fact that neither of us smell like old dirty ashtrays! Have YOU seen the price of a pack of smokes lately?
You may ask, does prayer help? Well as the Dad, of an alcoholic son, who has lost more that a few good jobs, and is still today looking foe life's answers in the bottoms of a bottle or can, prayers has not yet dried-up his "thirst". but at least I know that all we can do is to keep loving him, and praying for him to find that alcohol has no answers in it!
I. L. M. Nelson, must tell you that Jesus Christ is now in the heavenly sanctuary for the purpose of taking sin out of our lives.
WHY?
Because, He bore our sins i n His body on the Cross, and continues to bear our sins until he completion of the Final Atonement, when He places them upon the head of Satan, just before he is cast into the lek of Fire, when death and sin shall never ever arise again!
It is only possible through the Christ's actions, that the bands of sin can be broken. It is only through Christ's work in the heavenly Sanctuary, with our co-operation, that sin can be separated from the sinners, for the eternity!

Chapter 4. Sanctuary made simple. by Nelson L.M. and C.H. J. Publishing PP.47-59

Psalms 32:1 "Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered."
NOTE(IB): Please understand, that none can "Transfer" their sins,and still keep them!
This chapter features Christ as the Mathematician, and will, present even more evidence of the perfect wisdom and knowledge of our God, and His love and care for each of us WHY??
Romans 5:8 " But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Now about that?
Mathematics, the most exact...science known to mankind! It is the tool we shall use, to present, to Y O U, dear reader, as we explore one of the most evidence ofj and for the perfect wisdom of our God, and His loving-watch-care, for us all. We shall prove and explore one of the most profound prophecies in the Bible. We shall establish by Mathematical proof that Jesus was, and still is the Messiah, The Anointed One, and, The Holy One of Israel, the Savior of this world. This proof has its foundations in Bible Prophecy and events relating to the Sanctuary service.
Who would dare to predict what will happen one year from now? Or even a week, or a day? Concerning the events that shall take place on this earth? Yet it was the Word of God, The Holy Bible, boldly predicted, nearly 500 years in advance, the exact year when Christ would begin to cleanse the Sanctuary in Heaven, before He returns to take His people home!
W e shall begin in Daniel the 8th chapter. Here Daniel is given a vision of shall take place at a latter date.We will read from his account, of how the Angel was commissioned to explain every detail of this vision, so that he might fully understand it......
Daniel 8:14 " And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed."
Note(JB): Daniel knew the Old Testament very well, and he knew that Israel was getting close to her 70 years of captivity in Babylon, so you can know the reason that Daniel was troubled! Notice....
Daniel 8:16 " And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision."
Daniel was so overwhelmed, that he fainted 8 :17,.....
Daniel 9:19-23 " O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name. And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God; Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding. At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision."
Then the Angel Gabriel, returned {did you notice that when Daniel prayed, that the order was given, to the angel to have his fully understand all this?) The He began to explain this vision of the 8th Chapter.
Daniel 9:24 " Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy."
Please make note, of the first two words SEVENTY WEEKS,. This is measurement of time. agree?
Thus Gabriel continues: Seventy weeks are determined upon they people.... This refers to the time when Israel was indeed God's chosen people, as they were placed at the THEN cross-roads of the known world, thus able to show God's Grace to all, but they did not share the Word with others! This dealt with the nation, and....."Determined upon thy people, and upon thy holy city ..." This was the Jews and their capital Jerusalem..
Please know the Hebrew word "Determined", in the original Hebrew, means to "Cut-Off". In other words the seventy weeks are a part of, a segment of the total 2300 days., which we3re allotted to the Jews.... T^o what end?
Read again 24th verse.... to finish the transgression, and MAKE AN END OF SINS...or they would be CUT-OFF.
REMEMBER? Luke 13:35 " Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." [Matthew 23:38] The Jews today still reject Jesus as the Messiah, but the Messianic Jews WHO "Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord" There's no more salvation in NATIONALITY, NOR HERITAGE! Only in Christ Jesus.
Now we must turn to mathematics, for our first math problem. We have 2300 days, and from this number,as a total, we must subtract 70 weeks, but wait! So we must use numbers that are equal in value, and change the weeks into day, knowing that 7 days a week makes thus 70 weeks x 7 days = 490 days which must be subtracted from the 2300 days. 2300 - 490 = 1810 days, as the remainder of the Prophecy.
Now you can see that the 2300 days were divided into two unequal sections of time. The first section, 490 days were allotted to the Jews, The second section os 1810 days were allotted to the Gentiles...

This exercise in math will allow us to discover the the year of the "Cleansing of the Heavenly Sanctuary's" beginning!
However we are still in need of two pieces of information, the actual time frame of a prophetic day, PLUS the exact staring date. A Prophetic day ids a year, of 360 days in the Jewish calendar, that they came from Babylon with. The Word gives us this requirement as well.....
Ezekiel 4:6 "And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year. "
Numbers 14:34 " After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise."
NOTE(JB): This was their punishment for disobedience, and they spent the next 40 years wandering in the wilderness, until all but two people had died.
Thus by the Word, a day for a year is used only in prophecy. Therefore 2300 days are 2300 years, so this first 490 years is for was for the Hews to stop sinning. The remainder 1810 years for the Gentiles, and the beginning the cleansing of the Heavenly Sanctuary. However we still need to have a beginning or a starting date, right? As the 2300 years has no meaning until we know the beginning date, agree?
Daniel 9:25 " Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times."
We learn that this decree, to rebuild both the Jerusalem and the Temple, in Ezra 6:14...
Ezra 6:14 "And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia."
From man's historical records, we know these three kings ruled and that clay tablets have been found and translated we know this date was the year of 457 B. C. (Before Christ) Can this be so?
Ezra 7:12-28 "Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the law of the God of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time. I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee. Note(JB)" POur Creator leaves us with, all we need, in order to know, all we need to know! Did you catch the fact, that Babylon supplied the resources and the materials need to rebuilt it all? God will take care of you and me!
Now that we know both the time and the beginning, we can do more simple math, right?

WE have: 7 weeks + 60 weeks + 2 weeks = 69 weeks
69 weeks X 7 days in a week = 483 days/years.- 457 date of decree=26 + 1* + 27 A.D.
* plus 8-9 months since the decree was issued in the fall of the year, and Jewish reckoning that any part of a day, or a year was counted as a whole day or year.Know there is not a year in 0-1, from B.C. to A.D.
So what occurred in the fall of 27 A.D.? Jesus was Baptized and began His 3.5 years of ministry!
Matthew 3:13-17 " Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
Noye(JB): John the Baptist, recognized he was in the presence of a Holy One, and shrank from grating the Baptism, declaring that he himself is in need of Jesus baptizing him! Then the Holy Spirit is used within John, who then shouts:..
John 1:29-30 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. "
The bold letter part, had to come from God, agree? How could John have known that Jesus was eternal, otherwise?
John then leads Jesus to the river Jordan,, and "BURIES" Jesus under the water, and brings Him back up, out of the water. {No Sprinkling here!)
Luke 3:21-22 "Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased."
Luke continues on with the ancestral blood line of God-Man Jesus. It is from His allowing Himself to be born of a woman, that Jesus became a flesh-man, who was still also God! Thus also why He Jesus, is called God's Son, just as we are Sons and Daughters of The Father-God! After this Anointing and the 40 days spent in the wilderness being tempted by Satan, Jesus began his work in the fall of 27 A.D.JUST AS PROPHECY INDICATED! The year? 483 time frame was fulfilled, in the fall of 27 A.D.
Mark 1:15 "And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."
The words" The time is fulfilled.." , tells us that He Jesus knew all about the prophecy of Daniel, and why not? For it He Himself, through the Angel Gabriel, that had instructed Daniel, that it would be i n 69 weeks after the decree that He would commence His work, and preach "The Time is fulfilled".
Yes, we have Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.e many who have claimed the power to know the future, and many have had a little success. However if Y O U and I each make say 1,000 predictions, we'd both guess right at about the same rate sway 3 percent, which is around the same success rate of humans. God's hitting a 100 percent! And on time as well!
We are now, in this study, at 27 A.D. which brings us to the end of the 69 weeks, leaving us with one more week, or seven years! We just can't forget about it, or to put it in another time frame now can we, if we do so, are mixing apples and oranges, ands calling the results a banana, which is in total error! Agree?
Lets read Daniel 9:24's "70 weeks are determined upon they people..." and then verse....27 "...and HE shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease."
Note(JB) Confirm the Covenant, There had to be a NEW Covenant, a new CONTRACT between Heaven and mankind, as with His death the animal sacrifices and the feast days, were now come to the fulfillment in Jesus' death and resurrection. This is the LAW that was NAILED to His Cross, the Ceremonial laws! NOT THE TEN PILLARS! All who teach we are not under the Law but under Grace, teach a DISGRACE!
Now when we cut a week, or in this prophecy, a period of seven years, in half, what's the results? Two periods of 3.5 years agree? Remember one day for a year?
Notice Daniel 9: 26.. "...And He shall be cut-off, but not for Himself..."
Even the Roman Governor, who sentenced Him to die said, I find no fault in Him" [ John 19:6] Thus He was CUT-OFF, but not for Himself, friend, but for Y O U and me.
Can Y O U, dear reader, not help but see the great love Heaven has for us all? Remember Jesus chose to become the Lamb slain, before the foundations of this earth were lain, therefore both Jesus and The Father-God lived with this knowledge for 4,000 years before the fact! THINK on this!....
Isaiah 53:4-6 " Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all."
NOTE(JB): Have Y O U friend, not ever read, that at His death, at 3 in the afternoon, it turned dark, as if midnight, and the vial of the Temple was rent from top to bottom, by an unseen hand? That signalled that all in prayers, could come before God in Christ Jesus, right to the Throne of Mercy. The Temple priests quickly sowed it back together again! Thus then and now many continue to deceive us from the Pulpits, and why we have 1,000's of so-called "Christian Denomination! " Men want to do this MY WAY! Read Genesis 2:1-3 and Exodus 20:8-11, 31:17
Luke 4:14-16 " And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read."
JOHN 14:15 "If YOU love me, obey my commandments! {Christ's words!} The Sabbath is the SEVENTH DAY, for it is HIS Memorial to us for His creation week! But the men in Rome has other ideas! We did it MY WAY!
Remember this passage? John 19:30 "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."
What is the IT? That part of of the overall prophecy is come to pass, as written, thus finished! We have established that He was Baptized in 27 A.D. Thus 27 + 3.5 days/years = 30-1/2 years or Spring of 31 A.D. for His death.
What happened other than His death on the cross, as per the Word? The Veil was ripped from the top to the bottom by an unseen hand, signifying that the earthly sacrifices no longer had any meaning. The sacrifice of the Lamb of God was completed and it was finished.
Mark 15:37-39 " And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God."
NOTE(JB): Remember Christ died at the 3rd watch or 3 P.M. and at His cry, it became totally dark and a earthquake at the same time, no wonder why the Roman soldier said what he did!
Look, for some 1,500 years, the Jews had faithfully been offering lambs for sacrifice morning and evening. If they had only bothered to study the Word, that was given to them, they'd known all this, even to the very year,, the month, and date day and even the hour when Christ ended His sacrifice with His death, of the flesh part of Him! BUT NO! Even 300j years latter, they put a curse an anyone who did figure the numbers in Daniel! A curse in the most vile words they had.
However this brings us to explain all but the remaining, 1810 years, from the original 2300 days/years.
Therefore... 34 A.D,i n the fall, + 1810 = 1822 A.D.
This, then brings us to what took place within the Heavenly Sanctuary, and not the earthly one, which many used, but the earthly Sanctuary was destroyed by Romans in 70 AD. and will NOT ever be rebuilt, Period!
Dear reader, remember the original Pass-Over? During the Egyptian captivity? Remember, the 10th and final plaque? Death to every First born? What did God tell the Israelites to do? To tale a spotless lamb, kill and eat it, but use its blood to paint with it over the doors, of their homes, be be inside, while God sent his death Angel to strick all first-born life forms!
Well guess what period it was when Christ's blood was shed> Pass-Over week! There are no accidents nor co-incidents in God's Word!
Now at Christ's return, the Second Coming, the Death Angel shall onc3e more do his work, upon all who disbelieve, or reject Jesus, no matter how much blood they paint around their doors!
It was also the Seventh-day Adventist "Great Disappointment," because they had not, at that time considered the ORIGINAL TABERNACLE, BUILT WITHOUT HANDS! IN HEAVEN.
What men have since learned, is that it was in 1844, in the fall, that Jesus our High priest, entered into the Most Holy of Holies compartment, and there began the work of Judging all the dead, and to cleanse the Sanctuary from all their transferred sins! All the sins that were and are still being recorded in the Books of Heaven..
If through Christ's righteousness our lives have been prepared through repentance, confession and surrender of our will, so that we are declared right with God The Father, at the Judgment, this final atonement will be made for your and for me.

We shall prove and explore one of the most profound prophecies in the Bible. We shall establish by Mathematical proof that Jesus was, and still is the Messiah, The Anointed One, and, The Holy One of Israel, the Savior of this world. This proof has its foundations in Bible Prophecy and events relating to the Sanctuary service.
Who would dare to predict what will happen one year from now? Or even a week, or a day? Concerning the events that shall take place on this earth? Yet it was the Word of God, The Holy Bible, boldly predicted, nearly 500 years in advance, the exact year when Christ would begin to cleanse the Sanctuary in Heaven, before He returns to take His people home!
W e shall begin in Daniel the 8th chapter. Here Daniel is given a vision of shall take place at a latter date.We will read from his account, of how the Angel was commissioned to explain every detail of this vision, so that he might fully understand it......
Daniel 8:14 " And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed."
Note(JB): Daniel knew the Old Testament very well, and he knew that Israel was getting close to her 70 years of captivity in Babylon, so you can know the reason that Daniel was troubled! Notice....
Daniel 8:16 " And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision."
Daniel was so overwhelmed, that he fainted 8 :17,.....
Daniel 9:19-23 " O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name. And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God; Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding. At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision."
Then the Angel Gabriel, returned {did you notice that when Daniel prayed, that the order was given, to the angel to have his fully understand all this?) The He began to explain this vision of the 8th Chapter.
Daniel 9:24 " Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy."
Please make note, of the first two words SEVENTY WEEKS,. This is measurement of time. agree?
Thus Gabriel continues: Seventy weeks are determined upon they people.... This refers to the time when Israel was indeed God's chosen people, as they were placed at the THEN cross-roads of the known world, thus able to show God's Grace to all, but they did not share the Word with others! This dealt with the nation, and....."Determined upon thy people, and upon thy holy city ..." This was the Jews and their capital Jerusalem..
Please know the Hebrew word "Determined", in the original Hebrew, means to "Cut-Off". In other words the seventy weeks are a part of, a segment of the total 2300 days., which we3re allotted to the Jews.... T^o what end?
Read again 24th verse.... to finish the transgression, and MAKE AN END OF SINS...or they would be CUT-OFF.
REMEMBER? Luke 13:35 " Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." [Matthew 23:38] The Jews today still reject Jesus as the Messiah, but the Messianic Jews WHO "Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord" There's no more salvation in NATIONALITY, NOR HERITAGE! Only in Christ Jesus.
Now we must turn to mathematics, for our first math problem. We have 2300 days, and from this number,as a total, we must subtract 70 weeks, but wait! So we must use numbers that are equal in value, and change the weeks into day, knowing that 7 days a week makes thus 70 weeks x 7 days = 490 days which must be subtracted from the 2300 days. 2300 - 490 = 1810 days, as the remainder of the Prophecy.
Now you can see that the 2300 days were divided into two unequal sections of time. The first section, 490 days were allotted to the Jews, The second section os 1810 days were allotted to the Gentiles...

Matthew 3:13-17 " Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
Noye(JB): John the Baptist, recognized he was in the presence of a Holy One, and shrank from grating the Baptism, declaring that he himself is in need of Jesus baptizing him! Then the Holy Spirit is used within John, who then shouts:..
John 1:29-30 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. "
The bold letter part, had to come from God, agree? How could John have known that Jesus was eternal, otherwise?
John then leads Jesus to the river Jordan,, and "BURIES" Jesus under the water, and brings Him back up, out of the water. {No Sprinkling here!)
Luke 3:21-22 "Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased."
Luke continues on with the ancestral blood line of God-Man Jesus. It is from His allowing Himself to be born of a woman, that Jesus became a flesh-man, who was still also God! Thus also why He Jesus, is called God's Son, just as we are Sons and Daughters of The Father-God! After this Anointing and the 40 days spent in the wilderness being tempted by Satan, Jesus began his work in the fall of 27 A.D.JUST AS PROPHECY INDICATED! The year? 483 time frame was fulfilled, in the fall of 27 A.D.
Mark 1:15 "And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."
The words" The time is fulfilled.." , tells us that He Jesus knew all about the prophecy of Daniel, and why not? For it He Himself, through the Angel Gabriel, that had instructed Daniel, that it would be i n 69 weeks after the decree that He would commence His work, and preach "The Time is fulfilled".
Yes, we have Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.e many who have claimed the power to know the future, and many have had a little success. However if Y O U and I each make say 1,000 predictions, we'd both guess right at about the same rate sway 3 percent, which is around the same success rate of humans. God's hitting a 100 percent! And on time as well!
We are now, in this study, at 27 A.D. which brings us to the end of the 69 weeks, leaving us with one more week, or seven years! We just can't forget about it, or to put it in another time frame now can we, if we do so, are mixing apples and oranges, ands calling the results a banana, which is in total error! Agree?
Lets read Daniel 9:24's "70 weeks are determined upon they people..." and then verse....27 "...and HE shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease."
Note(JB) Confirm the Covenant, There had to be a NEW Covenant, a new CONTRACT between Heaven and mankind, as with His death the animal sacrifices and the feast days, were now come to the fulfillment in Jesus' death and resurrection. This is the LAW that was NAILED to His Cross, the Ceremonial laws! NOT THE TEN PILLARS! All who teach we are not under the Law but under Grace, teach a DISGRACE!
Now when we cut a week, or in this prophecy, a period of seven years, in half, what's the results? Two periods of 3.5 years agree? Remember one day for a year?
Notice Daniel 9: 26.. "...And He shall be cut-off, but not for Himself..."
Even the Roman Governor, who sentenced Him to die said, I find no fault in Him" [ John 19:6] Thus He was CUT-OFF, but not for Himself, friend, but for Y O U and me.
Can Y O U, dear reader, not help but see the great love Heaven has for us all? Remember Jesus chose to become the Lamb slain, before the foundations of this earth were lain, therefore both Jesus and The Father-God lived with this knowledge for 4,000 years before the fact! THINK on this!....
Isaiah 53:4-6 " Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all."
NOTE(JB): Have Y O U friend, not ever read, that at His death, at 3 in the afternoon, it turned dark, as if midnight, and the vial of the Temple was rent from top to bottom, by an unseen hand? That signalled that all in prayers, could come before God in Christ Jesus, right to the Throne of Mercy. The Temple priests quickly sowed it back together again! Thus then and now many continue to deceive us from the Pulpits, and why we have 1,000's of so-called "Christian Denomination! " Men want to do this MY WAY! Read Genesis 2:1-3 and Exodus 20:8-11, 31:17
Luke 4:14-16 " And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read."
JOHN 14:15 "If YOU love me, obey my commandments! {Christ's words!} The Sabbath is the SEVENTH DAY, for it is HIS Memorial to us for His creation week! But the men in Rome has other ideas! We did it MY WAY!
Remember this passage? John 19:30 "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."
What is the IT? That part of of the overall prophecy is come to pass, as written, thus finished! We have established that He was Baptized in 27 A.D. Thus 27 + 3.5 days/years = 30-1/2 years or Spring of 31 A.D. for His death.
What happened other than His death on the cross, as per the Word? The Veil was ripped from the top to the bottom by an unseen hand, signifying that the earthly sacrifices no longer had any meaning. The sacrifice of the Lamb of God was completed and it was finished.
Mark 15:37-39 " And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God."
NOTE(JB): Remember Christ died at the 3rd watch or 3 P.M. and at His cry, it became totally dark and a earthquake at the same time, no wonder why the Roman soldier said what he did!
Look, for some 1,500 years, the Jews had faithfully been offering lambs for sacrifice morning and evening. If they had only bothered to study the Word, that was given to them, they'd known all this, even to the very year,, the month, and date day and even the hour when Christ ended His sacrifice with His death, of the flesh part of Him! BUT NO! Even 300j years latter, they put a curse an anyone who did figure the numbers in Daniel! A curse in the most vile words they had.
However this brings us to explain all but the remaining, 1810 years, from the original 2300 days/years.
Therefore... 34 A.D,i n the fall, + 1810 = 1822 A.D.
This, then brings us to what took place within the Heavenly Sanctuary, and not the earthly one, which many used, but the earthly Sanctuary was destroyed by Romans in 70 AD. and will NOT ever be rebuilt, Period!
Dear reader, remember the original Pass-Over? During the Egyptian captivity? Remember, the 10th and final plaque? Death to every First born? What did God tell the Israelites to do? To tale a spotless lamb, kill and eat it, but use its blood to paint with it over the doors, of their homes, be be inside, while God sent his death Angel to strick all first-born life forms!
Well guess what period it was when Christ's blood was shed> Pass-Over week! There are no accidents nor co-incidents in God's Word!
Now at Christ's return, the Second Coming, the Death Angel shall onc3e more do his work, upon all who disbelieve, or reject Jesus, no matter how much blood they paint around their doors!
It was also the Seventh-day Adventist "Great Disappointment," because they had not, at that time considered the ORIGINAL TABERNACLE, BUILT WITHOUT HANDS! IN HEAVEN.
What men have since learned, is that it was in 1844, in the fall, that Jesus our High priest, entered into the Most Holy of Holies compartment, and there began the work of Judging all the dead, and to cleanse the Sanctuary from all their transferred sins! All the sins that were and are still being recorded in the Books of Heaven..
If through Christ's righteousness our lives have been prepared through repentance, confession and surrender of our will, so that we are declared right with God The Father, at the Judgment, this final atonement will be made for your and for me.

Chapter 3-- Sanctuary made Simple, "how to get rid of sin" L. M. Nelson & C.H. J. Publishing..
Titled: "CHRIST, THE PRIEST."
My many and grateful thanks to both the author and the Publisher, for this book. (John B).
THE GREATEST THEME IN THE HOLY BIBLE IS, JESUS CHRIST AND WHAT'S HE'S DONE FOR EACH ONE OF US!
Note (JB): In fact if we remove each and every reference to Jesus, all we'd have would be Jewish history Book, period!
Perhaps many ask, "Well what's He done, for me?" What about His and the Father's Divine Plan to separate us all from our sins, so all will be worthy for eternal life as The Father's Sons and Daughters? We must never forget, the wages of sin, is death, and Jesus died that death in Y O U RS and mine place!
Never forget, that it is our sins, that makes each unworthy for Heaven, therefore, we must either accept Jesus and His gift of Salvation, OR die for our sins, ourselves, ..........simple , right? Now to the story:
What a wonderful Savior, right? What an immeasurable depth of His love, agree? How thrilling is this story as the Salvation story as unfolding in the Sanctuary. In this chapter, we'll take a look at the Heavenly Sanctuary, not made by hands, and learn that Jesus is our forever, High Priest, whose Blood was shed on the Cross,as THE LAMB OF GOD.
1 Peter 1:19-20 " But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,"
Symbolically, Christ takes His very own blood into the Heavenly Sanctuary making it possible for Him, as our High Priest,, to separate us from our sins, just as in the olden times, the sins were "transferred" to the Sacrifice, and Jesus is the each one's personal Sacrifice! Thus giving Him the ability, within our willing hearts,
[remember Heaven uses only Truth and love, Satan never will, but he uses all others including murder] to remove our sins to Himself. And then presents us to The Father-God, as though we have never even sinned!
Note(JB) After that, The Father only looks at Christ's righteousness,, as we are then "Symbolically cover by Jesus' righteous blood"! Thus no Jesus in our hearts, NO HEAVEN in our futures! Because, Satan already "owns" Y O U , then, just as he owns the earth, for now! It is Satan that causes all these so-called "Natural Disasters" , Not God, that's insurance companies' cop-out!
Take a look at this from Hebrews:
Hebrews 9:8-15 "The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."
Note(JB): A fully flesh man, is not able to do this, it must be done by He whom is the Creative instrument of The Father [ John1:1-3,14]
Is this not a wonderful method? This means that each person, who is willing, can be in Heaven with Jesus for ever! Praise God, right? This means that NONE of us have to face the Second death! We can be resurrected and instantly transfigured {1 Corinthians 15:50-55] into a non-corruptible body, as Jesus now has, also. Thus live i n joy, peace, and total happiness forever, to explore other worlds!
How wondrously beautiful, is it to know that at this very moment, Jesus Christ is in th4e Heavenly Sanctuary where he is appearing before God the Father in our behalf?
"The Great Controversy" pg. 489 by Ellen G. White. " The intercession of Christ in man's behalf in the Sanctuary above, is as essential to the plan of salvation, as was His death on the Cross!" Praise God The Father, and God the Son, for the Cross, for it's very horrible nature, forces us to accept just how bad sin is. We all should praise The Godhead, members, that this truth is taught within the Seventh-day Adventist Churches, a message which reveals how the merits, of God's Grace, upon the Cross, can and shall be applied to the individual with faith in Christ. It was and still is a work, that is as needed as the Cross for our Salvation!
Hebrews 4:10-16 "For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
So, why our need for such a High Priest, today?
Hebrews 8:2-6 "A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises."
Please note, the TWO reasons for our deeding Jesus as our High Priest. First, He was to offer gifts. And secondly, He was to offer sacrifices. Now we know all about gifts, for we have been given, and received gifts, in skills and knowledge. But what about a sacrifice? What is a sacrifice for? Again the Bible gives answer:
Hebrews 5:1-2 " For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity."
Can you not see, what the Sacrifices were for? Our SINS!
Suppose, that under the Old Testament's sanctuary system,, that I had sinned, and brought my offering for a sacrifice. I cannot enter this place, as God welt there, and as a sinner I would be instantly destroyed, should I appear before God. So, away must be found for my gift and my sacrifice to be carried into the sanctuary before the very presence of God that I may be accepted. These facts are of a great importance because....
"The correct understanding of the ministration in the heavenly sanctuary is the very foundation of our faith."
Evangelism, p. 221.
So let's review how an individual is to secure eternal forgiveness for their sins. Man was to bring a lamb as a sacrifice for his sin. He was then to place his hands on th4e lamb's head and confess his sin (s), over th43e substitute lamb. In this way the sin was then transferred to the sacrifice. Now the man is to slay the sacrifice by his own hand, {JB, that's done by the cutting of the lamb's throat, and for most people this was as a family's pet!]. Now, there's nothing more that he could do, but his sacrifice is incomplete. This is why he needs a priest. Now note what the priest can do for him. The priest takes the shed blood and carries it within the Sanctuary; for this is absolutely necessary to bring justification to the sinner. If we are to be forgiven, justified and redeemed, we should understand what the priest is doing with the blood.......
Hebrews 8:1-4 " Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:"
In chapter 2, we discussed that Christ represented the Lamb, which man must have for his sacrifice. The scriptures also teach that it is equally important that the priest have something to present before God The Father. The fact is---Christ is now our High Priest and He is also the SACRIFICE! Now to help us explain and understand this greatest of truths, Paul further shows us: .....
Hebrews 8:4-6 " For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises."
Please know that these words were written, while the Jewish Temple was still standing, intact, and the priests were daily carrying out these tasks. However, Paul tells us, that now that Jesus is in Heaven, He is now our High Priest "Who serve unto (US) the example and shadow of heavenly things." Hebrews 8:5.
The word "Shadow" means that the work of the priest was but a shadowy outline of the movements of our great High Priest Jesus Christ, in the Heavenly Sanctuary
Allow me to illustrate. I was once a summer youth camp, counselor, in which there was a problem child under my care. Now during the rest period every child was expected to lie on his cot and sleep.. But this child decided to slip out of his cot and get into some mischief. He made sure to stay behind the building so I could not see him. But, he forgot all about his shadow, and just as we study what went on in the sanctuary, the earthly one, we can understand the importance of what Christ is doing for us , today, in the Heavenly Sanctuary.
Leviticus 4:32-34 "And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering. And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar:"
The man has now done all that he can do, and the priest takes over. The blood of the SUBSTITUTE was brought into the Sanctuary, in one of two ways. Either the priest ate a designated portion of the sin offering, and in this way he carried in his person into the sanctuary as described....
Leviticus 4:4-7 "And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head, and kill the bullock before the LORD. And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation: And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the Vail of the sanctuary. And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation."
God instructed Moses in all this, in the "CEREMONIAL LAW," that was placed NEXT to the Ark.
NOTE(JB) It was THIS LAW, and this law only. . . that was "NAILED TO HIS CROSS" Colossians 2:14 "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;" Many say we are NOT under the law, but under Grace, which makes His Grace a DISGRACE! Just as the "Once saved, always saved," is right from Satan's mouth!
Leviticus 6:1-7 "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein: Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found, Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering. And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: And the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD: and it shall be forgiven him for any thing of all that he hath done in trespassing therein."
NOTE(JB) Please know, that we on earth have some 43,000 different "Christian Denominations", all from the One Word, the Holy Bible. Who fails to see, the many deceptions man hears from the "Pulpits" of the worldly today? Matthew 24, has three direct quotes from Jesus.... "Let no man deceive by any means," plus two other references, about meeting a false Jesus in the wilderness, or in the upper rooms! Plus 2nd Thess. 2: 1-12 also tells us the why! "They have not the love for the truth...that they should believe a lie.."
Titus 1:2 "In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;"
The very same principle applies to us yet today: First we go to our Heavenly High Priest, in prayer, and HE ".....sends the Holy Spirit to bring us to repentance." ! Selected Messages. p. 393.
Note(JB): Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?"
God does! Yet He knows what we need, and what each can do on their powers, most are in need of the Holy Spirit's urgings, and no that's NOT the human conscience speaking!
We MUST ALSO, make amends, to those we have wronged, thus showing not only our desire to be forgiven, but also to forsake our sinful ways. In other wards we are to freely give our sins to Jesus as our sin-bearer......
Matthew 5:22-25 "But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison."
Once a sinner has done all this, his part [JB, remember the "Ceremonial laws nailed to His Cross? the Blood sacrifice,is one of them, for Christ is our Blood sacrifice.] then the Blood that Jesus has shed, can and will be applied in his behalf by the Priest for his atonement.
Now here's a QUESTION: "What does the blood represent?" Read this carefully and memorize it....
Leviticus 17:10-12 "And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood."
What a truth! For the life of the flesh, is in the blood. Thus blood represents the life, thus Christ's blood represents HIS LIFE!
Now look this, If Y O U cut your Jugular vein, and do nothing about it, you will within minutes bleed out and be dead.
May I ask Y O U, a very personal Question? "Have Y O U not ever trembled in fear at the thought that someday you must approach God's throne and stand in judgment for your words, and yes even your very thoughts, and deeds? Just read this:.....
The Great Controversy, P482. "Every man's work passes i n review before God, and is registered for faithfulness or unfaithfulness. Opposite each name in the Book of Heaven is entered with terrible exactness every work, every selfish act, {Excuse me (JB) but is not an abortion a selfish act?], every unfulfilled duty, every secret sin, with every artful dissembling, Heaven sent warnings of reproof, neglected, wasted moments, unimproved opportunities, the influence exerted for good or for evil with its far reaching results. All are chronicled by the recording angel, for the law of God is the standard by which the character and the lives of humans will be tested in the judgment, says the wise man. "Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment." Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
Again, have Y O U ever been troubled in fear at the very thought that someday you must stand before God in His Judgment? If YOU are right with God, and have surrendered to His will and invited the Holy Spirit into your heart each day, and have repented and asking for forgiveness in your confessions, you have no need to fear His Judgment! For YOUR High Priest, Jesus Christ will go in before The Father-God, to represent you! Wonder of Wonders, HE's the Son of God and He knows The Father, and He has already died for your sins and mine!
Allow me to ask yet another question: "Have Y O U made it possible for Jesus, as your Personal Savior, to appear before T%he Father-God, in Your place?We are all sinners, as the Bible tells us. Plus we are in desperate need of His external help. WHY?
Jeremiah 13:23 "Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil."
Note(JB): Yes we can somewhat modify our behavior, but we need a character change, to become more like Jesus. This we need Heaven's help!
So let me suggest what all should do, in your mind's eye, go to the foot of the Cross, and with prayer ask for help, to live life with His approval! After "SEEING" Jesus die for YOU, you can't remain the same, especially, with your asking for the Holy Spirit to rule your heart/mind, why?
Matthew 7:8-11 " For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"
Note(JB) Asking in faith?trust! How do we gain faith? Romans 10:17 " So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"
Reading and study, are two very different methods, my I suggest a good Bible Concordance, that translates all but the shortest of words, into the three Bible's languages, Plus if one takes a word, say faith, and looks up and reads all these verses, Y O U will know what the Bible means with the word Faith!....
Isaiah 28:9-10 "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little::
The word LINE, should have been translated as CORD, do we not tie things together with a cord?
Then, follow Hi m, by faith, as He rises from the dead and returns to heaven.
Follow Him by fai5th, as He enters the Heavenly Sanctuary, and to the very presence of The Father-God. There, He will offer His blood for Y O U!. If you'll do this, it will fill your heart with assurance. If you are right with God you never need, fear the coming Judgment, but welcome it, as a conformation of your faith.
Because Christ is....Hebrews 7:25-26 " Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;"
Now you should be able to understand why Christ is able to present Y O U as faultless before the Throne!
May I ask another question? "What kind of blood is it that is sprinkled in the Sanctuary before God, The Father?
A: This is the blood of the Sin-bearer, divine blood, shed on Calvary! This is very important, as it blood that that in the which flows the life force.
Now, dear reader, may I make this personal?
If...if I have repented of all known sins,j my sins have been transferred to Christ, the Substitute, for all. So, as Christ goes before The Father-God, bearing my sins in His blood they are then transferred to the alter by figuratively sprinkling His blood. Now you are ready for an astounding truth?
There is now NO MORE sin within me! My sins have been transferred into the Sanctuary. Mt sins have been separated from me. What a blessed thought! What a great and wonderful truth!
So, have Y O U transferred your sin (s) to the Lamb of God, thus permitting Him to transfer them to the Sanctuary in Heaven?
Sadly, so few true Christians seem to actually understand that their sins have been separated from them through Christ's work in the Sanctuary service., yet we have this promise....
2 Timothy 3:15-17 "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
NOTE(JB): Remember, John3 :16? John 3:15-16 "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Why cam all people fully accept this, at face value?
John 3:17 "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
Can Y O U, dear reader, not see the greatest love, for Y O U, and ALL others, that is in the Father-God's heart? You, who are Mother could you see self giving up the life of YOUR child, for the good of mankind? Your Heavenly Father did just that, for YOU and me! What more can He do to receive your love?
You know deep within, that true love can't be forced nor commanded, that's the reason God uses only LOVE and TRUTH! Yet Satan led men, distort and pervert His word, to no end! Even wars of prosecutions, such as the 100 year war, and the 30 year war, and the War of the Roses, in th3e dark ages of Europe, as The Vatican used only force, with her Secret Societies, led by the Jesuits and backed up by ten other organizations. THE GREATEST THEME IN THE HOLY BIBLE IS, JESUS CHRIST AND WHAT'S HE'S DONE FOR EACH ONE OF US!
Note (JB): In fact if we remove each and every reference to Jesus, all we'd have would be Jewish history Book, period!
Perhaps many ask, "Well what's He done, for me?" What about His and the Father's Divine Plan to separate us all from our sins, so all will be worthy for eternal life as The Father's Sons and Daughters? We must never forget, the wages of sin, is death, and Jesus died that death in Y O U RS and mine place!
Never forget, that it is our sins, that makes each unworthy for Heaven, therefore, we must either accept Jesus and His gift of Salvation, OR die for our sins, ourselves, ..........simple , right? Now to the story:
What a wonderful Savior, right? What an immeasurable depth of His love, agree? How thrilling is this story as the Salvation story as unfolding in the Sanctuary. In this chapter, we'll take a look at the Heavenly Sanctuary, not made by hands, and learn that Jesus is our forever, High Priest, whose Blood was shed on the Cross,as THE LAMB OF GOD.
1 Peter 1:19-20 " But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,"
Symbolically, Christ takes His very own blood into the Heavenly Sanctuary making it possible for Him, as our High Priest,, to separate us from our sins, just as in the olden times, the sins were "transferred" to the Sacrifice, and Jesus is the each one's personal Sacrifice! Thus giving Him the ability, within our willing hearts,
[remember Heaven uses only Truth and love, Satan never will, but he uses all others including murder] to remove our sins to Himself. And then presents us to The Father-God, as though we have never even sinned!
Note(JB) After that, The Father only looks at Christ's righteousness,, as we are then "Symbolically cover by Jesus' righteous blood"! Thus no Jesus in our hearts, NO HEAVEN in our futures! Because, Satan already "owns" Y O U , then, just as he owns the earth, for now! It is Satan that causes all these so-called "Natural Disasters" , Not God, that's insurance companies' cop-out!
Take a look at this from Hebrews:
Hebrews 9:8-15 "The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."
Note(JB): A fully flesh man, is not able to do this, it must be done by He whom is the Creative instrument of The Father [ John1:1-3,14]
Is this not a wonderful method? This means that each person, who is willing, can be in Heaven with Jesus for ever! Praise God, right? This means that NONE of us have to face the Second death! We can be resurrected and instantly transfigured {1 Corinthians 15:50-55] into a non-corruptible body, as Jesus now has, also. Thus live i n joy, peace, and total happiness forever, to explore other worlds!
How wondrously beautiful, is it to know that at this very moment, Jesus Christ is in th4e Heavenly Sanctuary where he is appearing before God the Father in our behalf?
"The Great Controversy" pg. 489 by Ellen G. White. " The intercession of Christ in man's behalf in the Sanctuary above, is as essential to the plan of salvation, as was His death on the Cross!" Praise God The Father, and God the Son, for the Cross, for it's very horrible nature, forces us to accept just how bad sin is. We all should praise The Godhead, members, that this truth is taught within the Seventh-day Adventist Churches, a message which reveals how the merits, of God's Grace, upon the Cross, can and shall be applied to the individual with faith in Christ. It was and still is a work, that is as needed as the Cross for our Salvation!
Hebrews 4:10-16 "For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
So, why our need for such a High Priest, today?
Hebrews 8:2-6 "A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises."
Please note, the TWO reasons for our deeding Jesus as our High Priest. First, He was to offer gifts. And secondly, He was to offer sacrifices. Now we know all about gifts, for we have been given, and received gifts, in skills and knowledge. But what about a sacrifice? What is a sacrifice for? Again the Bible gives answer:
Hebrews 5:1-2 " For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity."
Can you not see, what the Sacrifices were for? Our SINS!
Suppose, that under the Old Testament's sanctuary system,, that I had sinned, and brought my offering for a sacrifice. I cannot enter this place, as God welt there, and as a sinner I would be instantly destroyed, should I appear before God. So, away must be found for my gift and my sacrifice to be carried into the sanctuary before the very presence of God that I may be accepted. These facts are of a great importance because....
"The correct understanding of the ministration in the heavenly sanctuary is the very foundation of our faith."
Evangelism, p. 221.
So let's review how an individual is to secure eternal forgiveness for their sins. Man was to bring a lamb as a sacrifice for his sin. He was then to place his hands on th4e lamb's head and confess his sin (s), over th43e substitute lamb. In this way the sin was then transferred to the sacrifice. Now the man is to slay the sacrifice by his own hand, {JB, that's done by the cutting of the lamb's throat, and for most people this was as a family's pet!]. Now, there's nothing more that he could do, but his sacrifice is incomplete. This is why he needs a priest. Now note what the priest can do for him. The priest takes the shed blood and carries it within the Sanctuary; for this is absolutely necessary to bring justification to the sinner. If we are to be forgiven, justified and redeemed, we should understand what the priest is doing with the blood.......
Hebrews 8:1-4 " Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:"
In chapter 2, we discussed that Christ represented the Lamb, which man must have for his sacrifice. The scriptures also teach that it is equally important that the priest have something to present before God The Father. The fact is---Christ is now our High Priest and He is also the SACRIFICE! Now to help us explain and understand this greatest of truths, Paul further shows us: .....
Hebrews 8:4-6 " For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises."
Please know that these words were written, while the Jewish Temple was still standing, intact, and the priests were daily carrying out these tasks. However, Paul tells us, that now that Jesus is in Heaven, He is now our High Priest "Who serve unto (US) the example and shadow of heavenly things." Hebrews 8:5.
The word "Shadow" means that the work of the priest was but a shadowy outline of the movements of our great High Priest Jesus Christ, in the Heavenly Sanctuary
Allow me to illustrate. I was once a summer youth camp, counselor, in which there was a problem child under my care. Now during the rest period every child was expected to lie on his cot and sleep.. But this child decided to slip out of his cot and get into some mischief. He made sure to stay behind the building so I could not see him. But, he forgot all about his shadow, and just as we study what went on in the sanctuary, the earthly one, we can understand the importance of what Christ is doing for us , today, in the Heavenly Sanctuary.
Leviticus 4:32-34 "And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering. And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar:"
The man has now done all that he can do, and the priest takes over. The blood of the SUBSTITUTE was brought into the Sanctuary, in one of two ways. Either the priest ate a designated portion of the sin offering, and in this way he carried in his person into the sanctuary as described....
Leviticus 4:4-7 "And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head, and kill the bullock before the LORD. And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation: And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the Vail of the sanctuary. And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation."
God instructed Moses in all this, in the "CEREMONIAL LAW," that was placed NEXT to the Ark.
NOTE(JB) It was THIS LAW, and this law only. . . that was "NAILED TO HIS CROSS" Colossians 2:14 "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;" Many say we are NOT under the law, but under Grace, which makes His Grace a DISGRACE! Just as the "Once saved, always saved," is right from Satan's mouth!
Leviticus 6:1-7 "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein: Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found, Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering. And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: And the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD: and it shall be forgiven him for any thing of all that he hath done in trespassing therein."
NOTE(JB) Please know, that we on earth have some 43,000 different "Christian Denominations", all from the One Word, the Holy Bible. Who fails to see, the many deceptions man hears from the "Pulpits" of the worldly today? Matthew 24, has three direct quotes from Jesus.... "Let no man deceive by any means," plus two other references, about meeting a false Jesus in the wilderness, or in the upper rooms! Plus 2nd Thess. 2: 1-12 also tells us the why! "They have not the love for the truth...that they should believe a lie.."
Titus 1:2 "In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;"
The very same principle applies to us yet today: First we go to our Heavenly High Priest, in prayer, and HE ".....sends the Holy Spirit to bring us to repentance." ! Selected Messages. p. 393.
Note(JB): Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?"
God does! Yet He knows what we need, and what each can do on their powers, most are in need of the Holy Spirit's urgings, and no that's NOT the human conscience speaking!
We MUST ALSO, make amends, to those we have wronged, thus showing not only our desire to be forgiven, but also to forsake our sinful ways. In other wards we are to freely give our sins to Jesus as our sin-bearer......
Matthew 5:22-25 "But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison."
Once a sinner has done all this, his part [JB, remember the "Ceremonial laws nailed to His Cross? the Blood sacrifice,is one of them, for Christ is our Blood sacrifice.] then the Blood that Jesus has shed, can and will be applied in his behalf by the Priest for his atonement.
Now here's a QUESTION: "What does the blood represent?" Read this carefully and memorize it....
Leviticus 17:10-12 "And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood."
What a truth! For the life of the flesh, is in the blood. Thus blood represents the life, thus Christ's blood represents HIS LIFE!
Now look this, If Y O U cut your Jugular vein, and do nothing about it, you will within minutes bleed out and be dead.
May I ask Y O U, a very personal Question? "Have Y O U not ever trembled in fear at the thought that someday you must approach God's throne and stand in judgment for your words, and yes even your very thoughts, and deeds? Just read this:.....
The Great Controversy, P482. "Every man's work passes i n review before God, and is registered for faithfulness or unfaithfulness. Opposite each name in the Book of Heaven is entered with terrible exactness every work, every selfish act, {Excuse me (JB) but is not an abortion a selfish act?], every unfulfilled duty, every secret sin, with every artful dissembling, Heaven sent warnings of reproof, neglected, wasted moments, unimproved opportunities, the influence exerted for good or for evil with its far reaching results. All are chronicled by the recording angel, for the law of God is the standard by which the character and the lives of humans will be tested in the judgment, says the wise man. "Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment." Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

Allow me to ask yet another question: "Have Y O U made it possible for Jesus, as your Personal Savior, to appear before T%he Father-God, in Your place?We are all sinners, as the Bible tells us. Plus we are in desperate need of His external help. WHY?
Jeremiah 13:23 "Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil."
Note(JB): Yes we can somewhat modify our behavior, but we need a character change, to become more like Jesus. This we need Heaven's help!
So let me suggest what all should do, in your mind's eye, go to the foot of the Cross, and with prayer ask for help, to live life with His approval! After "SEEING" Jesus die for YOU, you can't remain the same, especially, with your asking for the Holy Spirit to rule your heart/mind, why?
Matthew 7:8-11 " For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"
Note(JB) Asking in faith?trust! How do we gain faith? Romans 10:17 " So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"
Reading and study, are two very different methods, my I suggest a good Bible Concordance, that translates all but the shortest of words, into the three Bible's languages, Plus if one takes a word, say faith, and looks up and reads all these verses, Y O U will know what the Bible means with the word Faith!....
Isaiah 28:9-10 "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little::
The word LINE, should have been translated as CORD, do we not tie things together with a cord?
Then, follow Hi m, by faith, as He rises from the dead and returns to heaven.
Follow Him by fai5th, as He enters the Heavenly Sanctuary, and to the very presence of The Father-God. There, He will offer His blood for Y O U!. If you'll do this, it will fill your heart with assurance. If you are right with God you never need, fear the coming Judgment, but welcome it, as a conformation of your faith.
Because Christ is....Hebrews 7:25-26 " Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;"
Now you should be able to understand why Christ is able to present Y O U as faultless before the Throne!
May I ask another question? "What kind of blood is it that is sprinkled in the Sanctuary before God, The Father?
A: This is the blood of the Sin-bearer, divine blood, shed on Calvary! This is very important, as it blood that that in the which flows the life force.
Now, dear reader, may I make this personal?
If...if I have repented of all known sins,j my sins have been transferred to Christ, the Substitute, for all. So, as Christ goes before The Father-God, bearing my sins in His blood they are then transferred to the alter by figuratively sprinkling His blood. Now you are ready for an astounding truth?
There is now NO MORE sin within me! My sins have been transferred into the Sanctuary. Mt sins have been separated from me. What a blessed thought! What a great and wonderful truth!
So, have Y O U transferred your sin (s) to the Lamb of God, thus permitting Him to transfer them to the Sanctuary in Heaven?
Sadly, so few true Christians seem to actually understand that their sins have been separated from them through Christ's work in the Sanctuary service., yet we have this promise....
2 Timothy 3:15-17 "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
NOTE(JB): Remember, John3 :16? John 3:15-16 "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Why cam all people fully accept this, at face value?
John 3:17 "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
Can Y O U, dear reader, not see the greatest love, for Y O U, and ALL others, that is in the Father-God's heart? You, who are Mother could you see self giving up the life of YOUR child, for the good of mankind? Your Heavenly Father did just that, for YOU and me! What more can He do to receive your love?
You know deep within, that true love can't be forced nor commanded, that's the reason God uses only LOVE and TRUTH! Yet Satan led men, distort and pervert His word, to no end! Even wars of prosecutions, such as the 100 year war, and the 30 year war, and the War of the Roses, in th3e dark ages of Europe, as The Vatican used only force, with her Secret Societies, led by the Jesuits and backed up by ten other organizations. Google "Secret Societies,: or in Wikipedia Find Eric Phelps book " Vatican Assassins" or, D'Aubique's work, "The History of the Reformation.".
Yes both are "HARD READS", that speaks the truth, which is in very short supply in the Vatican.

Note(JB): Many a person, holds that every day is Holy! If so when can they work? Note the underlined above, and tell me that God is not serious about this sign, of Seventh day Sabbath worships? Note (JB): take note that Mary is not ever mentioned, in Scriptures, as an object of worship or prayer, thus its but a Human tradition, thus without meaning or virtue! There's also no Scripture, showing her ascension to Heaven, also tradition since 1500's as their introduction to begin this Marion worship as Queen of Heaven and co-mediatrix with Jesus her Son, by the 1850's! CHAPTER 2----- CHRIST AND THE LAMB.
A pastor was deeply troubled about his own personal battle with sin. Somehow, he seemed to lack the moral courage to gain victory. The struggle became so severe that when he went to sleep one night, he had a nightmare i n which he saw a man whipping Christ in Pilate's judgment hall. Watching the lash as it buried itself in Christ's bleeding back he could not stand and think of anyone wounding the Lord Jesus. In his dream he rushed forwards, seized the man and began to struggle with him. Suddenly, this brute of a man turned his face and the pastor screamed in terror and woke up. For the face of the man whipping Jesus was none other than his own!!! You see, in allowing sin to gain mastery of his life, he was wounding the Lord Jesus, with each sin. It was an experience he would not ever forget!
This true story fully illustrates the following Scripture: Zechariah 12:10 "They shall look upon me whom they have pierced.,"
How little do we realize the pain that we cause Jesus when we continue in our some, over and over
again, sins. How little do we realize the disappointment that we heap upon our Savior Lord Jesus when we not even try, to gain a victory, Yet it shows us, or should, just how unworthy we are of His great love for each. Look at how Isaiah put this:
Isaiah 53:3-7 " He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth."
What a description, agree? Did you take note of these words---- rejected, despised, stricken, smitten, afflicted, wounded, bruised, oppressed, and the this--- "The Lord hath laid on him the iniquity [lawlessness] of us all. For he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter."
As the apostle Paul meditated upon the tremendous sacrifice of Christ, he marveled in amazement. And if we look at the Cross, we, also, would join Paul in these words:
Romans 8:37-39 "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord"
Can you think of a better reason than this?
.John 15:13 " Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
NOTE(JB): Dear reader, please know it was pure love, for Y O U and me, that Jesus allowed, YES allowed Himself, to be nailed to that Cross! Know you not that Jesus and Satan are at WAR, over your love and mine? Thank God, Jesus Has the Victory, he won it at the Cross!
Do you remember the story of John the Baptist? When he declared----John 1:28-29 " These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."
Note(JB): Those who have studied Daniel's 2300 days/years prophecy, will recognize this as be very beginning of Jesus' ministry that began in the first half of THAT week, the 3.1/2 years of Christ's teaching and then cut-off, on the Cross, and 3.1/2 years latter, with the Stoning of Stephen, the Gospel went to the gentiles, and the Jews could come to God only by and with Christ in their hearts! That's the Bible's truth! The Jews just as all others must come to the Father-God, through and with Christ Jesus!
Who can not fail to see The Father's great love for us all, as e knew even before sin fell, He provided a plan of salvation even before this earth was created! Plus He created the Sabbath, for us as a memorial to His creation, as He knew evolution garbage, would come! The Sabbath meaning a day of rest and worshipping God!
The very moment that sin entered the Garden of Eden, all heaven was filled with sorrow, for apparently the inhabitants of this world were doomed to death. But God's plan was ready to redeem mankind. The moment the divine law had been broken by man, Christ was ready to make an atonement for man's rebellious transgression. He would take upon Himself man's sins and redeem him.
THE STORY OF REDEMPTION P.42.
"Christ then made know to the angels that a way of escape had been made for lost man. He told them that He had been pleading with The Father, and had offered to give His life as ransom. To take the sentence of death upon Himself, that through Him man might find pardon, that through the merits of His Blood, and obedience to the law of God, they could have the favor of God, and be brought into the beautiful garden and eat of the fruit of the Tree of life."
Such a plan of love is almost impossible to fully explain; no wonder the redeemed in Heaven will ever search to comprehend the mystery of a deep love. So, in the depth of this love, this wonderful love towards us all, and to see why God has chosen the sanctuary system as a kindergarten display to help us in our learning process.
Let's all put on our "thinking caps," now. Why did Christ come to this earth, to die? In the description of the Heavenly Sanctuary, which you find in the New Testament, there's no mention of an Outer Court. Only in the Old Testament do we find the Outer Court, connected to the Sanctuary. It was only in the Earthly Sanctuary that the Outer Court existed.
WHY?
The Sacrifice of Christ occurred on earth, NOT in Heaven where there can be no death! Therefore Christ had to come to this earth, and in the outer court, Where in the Alter of Sacrifice was found! Thus this is where in symbolics, Christ was killed for our sins, as The Lamb slain. Paul was led to put it this way:....
Philippians 2:6-8 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."
Can you even grasp this? Imagine Christ, Who being equal to God Himself, descended from Heaven's purity lowered Himself below the level of angels, became a flesh man, yet still divine, as a helpless babe, in a manger. Yet not to be a man as Adam, who was formed to perfection. OH, no. But a Man after the consequences of four thousand years of sin. Born into a world filled with sorrow, misery, disease, death and every conceivable temptation. Then, when Christ's mission was to come to an end, He would be subjected to every insult and torture that Satan and his could conceive of. For He must die as a guilty sinner, yet totally pure and innocent.. His last hour would would be so terrible, that the angels had to veil their faces as they could not look upon Him. And finally, because He bore our sins, He must also endure the anguish of the lost, as all our sins were place upon Him, The Father, had to withdraw Himself, from His sight, as Life can not exist in the Face of the Father, without being destroyed. He thus bore the anguish of Separation, for the first time EVER, because our guilt was put on His shoulders!
In The Desire of Ages, Mrs. White put it this way: P755. "The Spotless Son of God hung upon the Cross, His flesh, lacerated with stripes. Those hands, so often reached out in blessings, nailed to wooden bars. Those feet, so tireless on the ministries of love, spiked to a tree. That royal head, pierced by the crown of thorns. Those quivering lips, shaped a cry of woe. And all that He endured; the blood drops that flowed from His head, His hands and His feet, {JB as well as His back shredded flesh exposing bone] The agony wracked His frame, and the unutterable anguish that filled His soul at the hiding of His father's face speaks to each child of humanity declaring "It is for thee that the Son of God consents to bear this burden of guilt. For thee, He spoils the domain of death,j and opens the gate of paradise. He, who stilled the angry waves,j and walked the foam-capped billows, who made the devils treble and disease to flee. Who opened blinded eyes, and called forth the dead to life, offers Himself upon the Cross, as a sacrifice. And this, from love, to thee. He, the hearer, endures the wrath of divine justice and for thy sake, became sin itself!"
NOTE(JB): Not badly written for a lady with only three years of schooling, agree?
What WORDS! What an inspiration of God! Let's turn to Leviticus 14 and Verse 27+
.Leviticus 4:27-31 " And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty; Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering. And the priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar. And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savor unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him."
REMEMBER THIS:
The animal sacrifice represented, and was a foreshadow for Jesus Christ's, death upon the tree!No, think of Y O U slicing the throat of YOUR pet, as a method seeking forgiveness of Y O U R sins! Does this not give a truer picture of how God views our sins? This implied the confession of sin, our sin, to the sinner's substitute, The Lamb of God!
STEP THREE.
Then comes step number 3. After the sin has been TRANSFERRED to the Sacrifice, the victim must be slain. WHY? Because the wages of sin is death. The broken Law of God demands the penalty of death.
Leviticus 4:28-29 " Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering."
Why did God put a death Penalty , upon the eating of the fruit from one tree?
A: It was the one food, He demanded they NOT EAT, but they listened to Satan's lies instead!
Just as so many still do to this day, Sunday worship, Craven images, lie, steal, covet, and accept his lies of evolution over Creation!
Genesis 2:16-17 " And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
Note(JB): It's not like HE, snuck this one in on us, now is it? He told us up front, rebel against my laws, and you shall die!
Genesis 5:5 " And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died."
Please remember, it was always the sinner's hand to slay the sacrifice! When we learn, and realize the great cost of sin, before we are ready to overcome our sins, We will determine, and with The Help of the Holy Spirit, we shall have victory over sin, because we shall know how hateful sins are to God, to Whom we have learned to love! Then and ONLY THEN, will there be no more sin! What a tragedy that so few of us seem to grasp this concept lesson. Which is the why of this verse:.....
Matthew 7:13-14 " Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
NOTE(JB): I pray that each reader, shall find and be willing to enter the narrow gate! C U THERE?
In review: The Sacrificial offerings were ordained by God, The Father, to teach and show each sinner, who earnestly desires forgiveness, that he or she, must acknowledge the sin, be repented of the si n,, and bring His si n to Christ, our Sacrificial Lamb of God We, each MUST acknowledge our part in the Crucifixion of Christ, by faith and take hold of the Divine power that will him and her a hatred for sin and enable the sinners to sin no more: The he and she can then rejoice in His redemption!.
However, this sacrificial plan has a much broader and deeper purpose than the Salvation of humanity. For Christ came to this earth, not to die, BUT to SAVE mankind, BUT also He came to vindicate the character of God The Father, before the whole of the Universe.
WHY?
Due to the Great Conflict, between good and evil, when God's Law was challenged by Lucifer, who was latter called Satan, meaning opposer, and thus caused a war i n heaven....
Revelation 12:4 " And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
Note(JB) Now that you know who the dragon is read Revelation 13:1-2 "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.:
Please read Daniel's 7th chapter, and learn that a kingdom ruled by one man, in both the civil and religious, is called a BEAST POWER, no think Rome and the Dark Ages!. She has not changed one piece of doctrine, to this very day!
Ecclesiastes 1:9 " The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun."
(JB) It was only by Satan's powers, that the whole world obeyed, Rome on it's Sunday worship, the Venerable Day of the Sun God! in 321 A.D. by decree from Emperor Constantine and Rome's Bishop accepted it, and the Pagans that flooded in the Church, with it's "Royal Robes of Red and Scarlet, its feast days, and processions, beads, wedding Rings, prayers to the dead, Easter {Ishtar, Nimrod's wife, who proclaimed herself her dead husband's Queen, as his heir, now living in the Sun as a god, and she is Queen of Heaven and fertility, her signs? Rabbits eggs and Pine comes--{Many seeds}! Who fails to see the connections to Babylon? Yet with her, this church, are many who know and love Jesus! The leadership????? Who knows, but God!
John 12:31-32 "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
So it was, That Christ's dearth on that Cross would not only make it possible for men to be forgiven of their sins, upon honest repentance (JB meaning to turn away from] ,sins and heaven would be available to us, on the CONDITION, of loving obedience. BUT it would also JUSTIFY The Father-God before the entire universe, that Lucifer-Satan the devil had questioned God's judgment, before the entire UN-Fallen universe, and to establish God's Law forever, and as a testimony, that sin is death! {ARE WE ALONE? NO! Read Job chapter 1}
NOTE(JB): Ellen White wrote i n the Spirit of Prophecy, in essence, that Satan visited all occupied worlds,, and was accepted only here on earth by Adam and Eve! [Genesis 3.] .
When Adam and Eve accepted Satan's proposition, Satan declared this world to be his, because they had chosen him as their ruler.
Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Note(JB): Dominion, means a king and his domain! Thus Adam was earth's King, for a while, until he obeyed Satan!
Satan did not accept, nor believe that God was able to forgive sinful man, yet God in His love, had already foreseen this problem, and why Jesus pleaded with The Father, with His own life as a sin-sacrifice for human sins.It is in this way, that Jesus became the "The Lamb of God", destined to be slain before the earth's foundations were laid.[REV.13:8] In this way, The Lamb of God became the way of escape for mankind's sins, as Jesus took our place at His death!
NOTE(JB): It is therefore, we each accept Christ's and His gift, of His death in our place, or we pay the price of eternal death ourselves! God's love is unconditional, but all His promises, are conditional upon our acceptance of Jesus as our personal Savior, with loving obedience! Remove any one condition, and you stand alone, i n life, on your own powers!
This very earth which was claimed by Satan {Job chapter 1] ,became the "Theater," in which God has chosen to redeem man, and to justify Himself before the whole universe, thus all His created beings. This then is the fullest of meanings of Christ very last words on the Cross.."it is finished".

At the very moment of Christ's death, there was a mighty shout, throughout the worlds of the Universe,. The fight had been decided and Christ had won this round of the war, a war for your soul and mine, between Christ and Satan! It was Satan, who had self-revealed himself as a liar, and a murderer, . It was Jesus, who proved that man in flesh body proved that man can keep God's law. The Universe's greatest excitement came with Jesus' victory over Satan, at the Cross and His Resurrection. Plus some-day soon He4 shall return, to gather up ALL His own, both from the graves and the living, and be with Him forever, in Heaven! The sinners, the unbelievers, shall not ever leave this earth, period!
So, how may of you, dear readers, are for the greatest adventure of your life? Are YOU ready to commit to Jesus your being, and then, someday, live with Him and the Father and all the Holy Angles for eternity? I n eternal joy and happiness, with no crime, no death, no illness,no jails,or cemeteries, and hospitals? In a Garden like Eden that cover all the earth's lands?
Sometime ago, a local paper, in Central Oregon, told a story of a little girl who had been playing in the garage where she found, what she thought was a bottle of soda pop, the bottle looked just as the one one her Mom gave her occasionally. She drank it all, even though it did not taste as she remembered. But soon she got a terrible belly pain, and told her Mom, who rushed her to the Hospital, but help came too late. She'd pain with her life, for the substance in the old pop-bottle, was a deadly weed poison! This exposes two huge problems, ONE, never store left-over poisons i n a soda bottle, and TWO, sin is a deadly poison. But now Y O U know that God already has the antidote in Jesus Christ for our sins.....
Acts 4:12 " Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
NOTE(JB): This includes human priests, and those sleeping i n Christ, i n the graves, including Mary, for whom not one verse of Scripture tells us that she was resurrected, as yet! Thus tradition of men!
Never, ever forget, that The Father-God has a a way of escape. And that way, friends, is though Jesus Christ, The Lamb of God. He will send into Y O U the Holy Spirit, to teach you in all truth, to guide you, in your life, and most importantly to rebuild your character, more and more Christ like.
Revelation 3:18-22 " I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. "
Note(JB): Those i n HIS Churches, are His brides, Spiritually speaking! Will you let Him in, in total surrender, of self? He who is able to take all sins out of your life, and be ready for entry i n the Royal Family of The Father, as His son or daughter, as inheritors of the Kingdom?

CHAPTER 2----- CHRIST AND THE LAMB.
A pastor was deeply troubled about his own personal battle with sin. Somehow, he seemed to lack the moral courage to gain victory. The struggle became so severe that when he went to sleep one night, he had a nightmare i n which he saw a man whipping Christ in Pilate's judgment hall. Watching the lash as it buried itself in Christ's bleeding back he could not stand and think of anyone wounding the Lord Jesus. In his dream he rushed forwards, seized the man and began to struggle with him. Suddenly, this brute of a man turned his face and the pastor screamed in terror and woke up. For the face of the man whipping Jesus was none other than his own!!! You see, in allowing sin to gain mastery of his life, he was wounding the Lord Jesus, with each sin. It was an experience he would not ever forget!
This true story fully illustrates the following Scripture: Zechariah 12:10 "They shall look upon me whom they have pierced.,"
How little do we realize the pain that we cause Jesus when we continue in our some, over and over
again, sins. How little do we realize the disappointment that we heap upon our Savior Lord Jesus when we not even try, to gain a victory, Yet it shows us, or should, just how unworthy we are of His great love for each. Look at how Isaiah put this:
Isaiah 53:3-7 " He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth."
What a description, agree? Did you take note of these words---- rejected, despised, stricken, smitten, afflicted, wounded, bruised, oppressed, and the this--- "The Lord hath laid on him the iniquity [lawlessness] of us all. For he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter."
As the apostle Paul meditated upon the tremendous sacrifice of Christ, he marveled in amazement. And if we look at the Cross, we, also, would join Paul in these words:
Romans 8:37-39 "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord"
Can you think of a better reason than this?
.John 15:13 " Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
NOTE(JB): Dear reader, please know it was pure love, for Y O U and me, that Jesus allowed, YES allowed Himself, to be nailed to that Cross! Know you not that Jesus and Satan are at WAR, over your love and mine? Thank God, Jesus Has the Victory, he won it at the Cross!
Do you remember the story of John the Baptist? When he declared----John 1:28-29 " These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."
Note(JB): Those who have studied Daniel's 2300 days/years prophecy, will recognize this as be very beginning of Jesus' ministry that began in the first half of THAT week, the 3.1/2 years of Christ's teaching and then cut-off, on the Cross, and 3.1/2 years latter, with the Stoning of Stephen, the Gospel went to the gentiles, and the Jews could come to God only by and with Christ in their hearts! That's the Bible's truth! The Jews just as all others must come to the Father-God, through and with Christ Jesus!
Who can not fail to see The Father's great love for us all, as e knew even before sin fell, He provided a plan of salvation even before this earth was created! Plus He created the Sabbath, for us as a memorial to His creation, as He knew evolution garbage, would come! The Sabbath meaning a day of rest and worshipping God!
The very moment that sin entered the Garden of Eden, all heaven was filled with sorrow, for apparently the inhabitants of this world were doomed to death. But God's plan was ready to redeem mankind. The moment the divine law had been broken by man, Christ was ready to make an atonement for man's rebellious transgression. He would take upon Himself man's sins and redeem him.
THE STORY OF REDEMPTION P.42.
"Christ then made know to the angels that a way of escape had been made for lost man. He told them that He had been pleading with The Father, and had offered to give His life as ransom. To take the sentence of death upon Himself, that through Him man might find pardon, that through the merits of His Blood, and obedience to the law of God, they could have the favor of God, and be brought into the beautiful garden and eat of the fruit of the Tree of life."
Such a plan of love is almost impossible to fully explain; no wonder the redeemed in Heaven will ever search to comprehend the mystery of a deep love. So, in the depth of this love, this wonderful love towards us all, and to see why God has chosen the sanctuary system as a kindergarten display to help us in our learning process.
Let's all put on our "thinking caps," now. Why did Christ come to this earth, to die? In the description of the Heavenly Sanctuary, which you find in the New Testament, there's no mention of an Outer Court. Only in the Old Testament do we find the Outer Court, connected to the Sanctuary. It was only in the Earthly Sanctuary that the Outer Court existed.
WHY?
The Sacrifice of Christ occurred on earth, NOT in Heaven where there can be no death! Therefore Christ had to come to this earth, and in the outer court, Where in the Alter of Sacrifice was found! Thus this is where in symbolics, Christ was killed for our sins, as The Lamb slain. Paul was led to put it this way:....
Philippians 2:6-8 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."
Can you even grasp this? Imagine Christ, Who being equal to God Himself, descended from Heaven's purity lowered Himself below the level of angels, became a flesh man, yet still divine, as a helpless babe, in a manger. Yet not to be a man as Adam, who was formed to perfection. OH, no. But a Man after the consequences of four thousand years of sin. Born into a world filled with sorrow, misery, disease, death and every conceivable temptation. Then, when Christ's mission was to come to an end, He would be subjected to every insult and torture that Satan and his could conceive of. For He must die as a guilty sinner, yet totally pure and innocent.. His last hour would would be so terrible, that the angels had to veil their faces as they could not look upon Him. And finally, because He bore our sins, He must also endure the anguish of the lost, as all our sins were place upon Him, The Father, had to withdraw Himself, from His sight, as Life can not exist in the Face of the Father, without being destroyed. He thus bore the anguish of Separation, for the first time EVER, because our guilt was put on His shoulders!
In The Desire of Ages, Mrs. White put it this way: P755. "The Spotless Son of God hung upon the Cross, His flesh, lacerated with stripes. Those hands, so often reached out in blessings, nailed to wooden bars. Those feet, so tireless on the ministries of love, spiked to a tree. That royal head, pierced by the crown of thorns. Those quivering lips, shaped a cry of woe. And all that He endured; the blood drops that flowed from His head, His hands and His feet, {JB as well as His back shredded flesh exposing bone] The agony wracked His frame, and the unutterable anguish that filled His soul at the hiding of His father's face speaks to each child of humanity declaring "It is for thee that the Son of God consents to bear this burden of guilt. For thee, He spoils the domain of death,j and opens the gate of paradise. He, who stilled the angry waves,j and walked the foam-capped billows, who made the devils treble and disease to flee. Who opened blinded eyes, and called forth the dead to life, offers Himself upon the Cross, as a sacrifice. And this, from love, to thee. He, the hearer, endures the wrath of divine justice and for thy sake, became sin itself!"
NOTE(JB): Not badly written for a lady with only three years of schooling, agree?
What WORDS! What an inspiration of God! Let's turn to Leviticus 14 and Verse 27+
.Leviticus 4:27-31 " And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty; Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering. And the priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar. And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savor unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him."
REMEMBER THIS:
The animal sacrifice represented, and was a foreshadow for Jesus Christ's, death upon the tree!No, think of Y O U slicing the throat of YOUR pet, as a method seeking forgiveness of Y O U R sins! Does this not give a truer picture of how God views our sins? This implied the confession of sin, our sin, to the sinner's substitute, The Lamb of God!
STEP THREE.
Then comes step number 3. After the sin has been TRANSFERRED to the Sacrifice, the victim must be slain. WHY? Because the wages of sin is death. The broken Law of God demands the penalty of death.
Leviticus 4:28-29 " Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering."
Why did God put a death Penalty , upon the eating of the fruit from one tree?
A: It was the one food, He demanded they NOT EAT, but they listened to Satan's lies instead!
Just as so many still do to this day, Sunday worship, Craven images, lie, steal, covet, and accept his lies of evolution over Creation!
Genesis 2:16-17 " And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
Note(JB): It's not like HE, snuck this one in on us, now is it? He told us up front, rebel against my laws, and you shall die!
Genesis 5:5 " And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died."
Please remember, it was always the sinner's hand to slay the sacrifice! When we learn, and realize the great cost of sin, before we are ready to overcome our sins, We will determine, and with The Help of the Holy Spirit, we shall have victory over sin, because we shall know how hateful sins are to God, to Whom we have learned to love! Then and ONLY THEN, will there be no more sin! What a tragedy that so few of us seem to grasp this concept lesson. Which is the why of this verse:.....
Matthew 7:13-14 " Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
NOTE(JB): I pray that each reader, shall find and be willing to enter the narrow gate! C U THERE?
In review: The Sacrificial offerings were ordained by God, The Father, to teach and show each sinner, who earnestly desires forgiveness, that he or she, must acknowledge the sin, be repented of the si n,, and bring His si n to Christ, our Sacrificial Lamb of God We, each MUST acknowledge our part in the Crucifixion of Christ, by faith and take hold of the Divine power that will him and her a hatred for sin and enable the sinners to sin no more: The he and she can then rejoice in His redemption!.
However, this sacrificial plan has a much broader and deeper purpose than the Salvation of humanity. For Christ came to this earth, not to die, BUT to SAVE mankind, BUT also He came to vindicate the character of God The Father, before the whole of the Universe.
WHY?
Due to the Great Conflict, between good and evil, when God's Law was challenged by Lucifer, who was latter called Satan, meaning opposer, and thus caused a war i n heaven....
Revelation 12:4 " And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
Note(JB) Now that you know who the dragon is read Revelation 13:1-2 "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.:
Please read Daniel's 7th chapter, and learn that a kingdom ruled by one man, in both the civil and religious, is called a BEAST POWER, no think Rome and the Dark Ages!. She has not changed one piece of doctrine, to this very day!
Ecclesiastes 1:9 " The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun."
(JB) It was only by Satan's powers, that the whole world obeyed, Rome on it's Sunday worship, the Venerable Day of the Sun God! in 321 A.D. by decree from Emperor Constantine and Rome's Bishop accepted it, and the Pagans that flooded in the Church, with it's "Royal Robes of Red and Scarlet, its feast days, and processions, beads, wedding Rings, prayers to the dead, Easter {Ishtar, Nimrod's wife, who proclaimed herself her dead husband's Queen, as his heir, now living in the Sun as a god, and she is Queen of Heaven and fertility, her signs? Rabbits eggs and Pine comes--{Many seeds}! Who fails to see the connections to Babylon? Yet with her, this church, are many who know and love Jesus! The leadership????? Who knows, but God!
John 12:31-32 "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
So it was, That Christ's dearth on that Cross would not only make it possible for men to be forgiven of their sins, upon honest repentance (JB meaning to turn away from] ,sins and heaven would be available to us, on the CONDITION, of loving obedience. BUT it would also JUSTIFY The Father-God before the entire universe, that Lucifer-Satan the devil had questioned God's judgment, before the entire UN-Fallen universe, and to establish God's Law forever, and as a testimony, that sin is death! {ARE WE ALONE? NO! Read Job chapter 1}
NOTE(JB): Ellen White wrote i n the Spirit of Prophecy, in essence, that Satan visited all occupied worlds,, and was accepted only here on earth by Adam and Eve! [Genesis 3.] .
When Adam and Eve accepted Satan's proposition, Satan declared this world to be his, because they had chosen him as their ruler.
Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Note(JB): Dominion, means a king and his domain! Thus Adam was earth's King, for a while, until he obeyed Satan!
Satan did not accept, nor believe that God was able to forgive sinful man, yet God in His love, had already foreseen this problem, and why Jesus pleaded with The Father, with His own life as a sin-sacrifice for human sins.It is in this way, that Jesus became the "The Lamb of God", destined to be slain before the earth's foundations were laid.[REV.13:8] In this way, The Lamb of God became the way of escape for mankind's sins, as Jesus took our place at His death!
NOTE(JB): It is therefore, we each accept Christ's and His gift, of His death in our place, or we pay the price of eternal death ourselves! God's love is unconditional, but all His promises, are conditional upon our acceptance of Jesus as our personal Savior, with loving obedience! Remove any one condition, and you stand alone, i n life, on your own powers!
This very earth which was claimed by Satan {Job chapter 1] ,became the "Theater," in which God has chosen to redeem man, and to justify Himself before the whole universe, thus all His created beings. This then is the fullest of meanings of Christ very last words on the Cross.."it is finished".
