" WHAT IS GOD TELLING US" ?
1. Daniel was most likely taken into captivity in the first deportation to Babylon in (605B.C.) while in his early teens, while he lived and wrote one of his prophecies in his eighties, in 536 B.C. His name Daniel, means "My God is Judge"
This is an add on to The Secret Man blogs- parts one and two: Plus the Mark of the Beast foundation.
Bible Prophecy builds upon itself like layers of an onion, ever expanding in scope and details.
Daniel 1:5. "And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king"
Note: Time to re-educate them to the Babylonian ways, from the Jewish ways. Can we use the word, re-indoctrinate, by using foods and drink?
But note next verses, and see that God was already preparing his paths.
Daniel 1:8. "But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.."
Note: The "Prince of the eunuchs favored Daniel in Vs 9, and in 10 this eunuch is afraid to loose his head so Daniel proposed a ten day trail.
Daniel 1:12. "Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink."
Daniel 1:15. "And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat."
Note this shows Daniel to know that what type of food God had suggested to all people way back in Gen, 1;29 A TOTAL VEGAN DIET! That was not changed until meat was added in the Ark and post flood. So David believed in God's Word, and lived it!
The Dream of Nebuchadnezzar:
This Artistic rendition is most often shown a a kingly human figure. Dan2:32;
Daniel 2:32-33 .This image's head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay."
Daniel 2:38. "And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.
Note: The Head of Gold is the Babylonian Empire
The Silver Arms and Chest, inferior kingdom will take over.
The Belly and thighs, are of brass being the 3rd kingdom
The two legs of iron will the the 4th kingdom as strong as iron.
The above is found in Dan. 2:39-40. From vs. 42 -45 we can read about the feet of this dream figure, being part iron and part clay, thus part hard and part soft, yet they shall not mix together, in a bond. Vs.43.
Daniel 2:43 "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. "
NOTE: Plant this verse firmly into your memory bank! You'll need it latter.Because in the days of THOSE KINGS! {even though Europe saw many wars, most of religions, W.W.1 can be called a family feud]
Revelation 13:5. "And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months."
Dream Figure knowledge expanded' Daniel7. Belshazzar is now King Nebuchadnezzar died
Daniel 7:3. "And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another."
Note: the four beasts are the four kingdoms, the gold, the silver, the brass and the iron parts of the figure.
Daniel 7:4 ."The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it."
Note: In a European Museum, Berlin, they have the Ishtar gate, the main gates of Babylon and on it they have winged golden lions. At it's highest , they had more gold than any other power, thus head of gold.{ see Jeremiah 4:7 also]
Daniel 7:5. "And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh."
Note: This is the silver portion of the man figure; two arms, 1 for the Medes, and 1 for the Persians, the Medo-Persain empire that captured Babylon. One side higher, meant the greater power of the Persians, yet it was the Medes that had taken Lydia/Turkey, Egypt and Syria the three RIBS. They were the first power to use silver coins![ Darius the Mede Ezra 6:14 and Cyrus the Persian
2 Chronicles 36:22. "Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,"
Note: who is in control? God!
Daniel 7:6. "After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it."
NOTE: This was the first power to use brass/bronze, Greece of Alexander the Great, who as from Macedonia where known as the Goat people, anther bit for your memory shelf. Four wings because he conquered territory so fast, and four heads, where his four generals who split power four ways after A. the Great died at age 32!
Seleucuc- Turkey to India to Antiocu 1,2nd, 3rd, 4th, {it was 3rd Antiochus that some claim was the anit-christ due to his killing a roasting a pig the temple at Jerusalem. But the Bible says this antichrist will come out of the fourth beast, and NOT the THIRD!

Daniel 7:7. "After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns."
Note: this was the only one not directly named, yet history knows this was Pagan Rome, which indeed had the power and the organization skills to eliminate the Bible, if it felt it a threat.
Daniel 7:8. "I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things."
NOTE: Have you ever seen a actual horn with eyes and mouth capable of speech? This is symbolic for a power, a king, a leader diverse, different from all that had come before, because it had 10 TEN horns/Kings. Therefore this 4th Beast power, had morphed , or changed into a unification of 10 TEN Kings/Kingdoms! A never before seen power structure. DIVERSE!
BUT, it this Little Horn, was able to gather the forces required to "Pluck up by the roots", three Horns!
History tells us these ten kingdoms divided in 476 A.D. as the Goths invaded and took Pagan Rome. They were mainly the Germanic tribers the ANGLO-SAXONS- ENGLAND; FRANKS- FRANCE; BURGUNDIANS- SWISS; VISIGOTHS- SPAIN; ALAMANNI= GERMANY; LOMBARDS- ITALY. {this coressponds to Dan. 2:41-43 trampling the residue with its feet.]

Vandals wiped out in 534 a.d.
Ostrogoths gone in a.d. 538 a date worthy for your memory shelf!
NOTE:1. "Coming up among them, Dam7:8" must mean it, the Little Horn came to power within the ten horns of Western Europe.
2. :Before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots Dan 2:41- 43]
3. "Eyes of a man" its leadership resting on one man.
4. "A mouth speaking great- some translations have it as pompous words V.25. says "Against the Most High"
Daniel 7:11. "I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame."
Note: This system's leaderships, all so judged, will be cast into the Lake of Fire, for it's one and only period of existence.
WHAT ARE SOME. . .OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS LITTLE HORN POWER?
A. Like a Man "EYES" a Mouth speaking great things" Dan. 7:8; Rev.13:5; The man of sin 2 Thesslonians 2:3.
B. Opposed to Truth cast down truth Dan. 8:12; It would flourish at the "Falling away" from truth in the church 2 Thes.2:3'
C. Opposed to both God and Christ, "Speak great words against the Most High" Dan.7:27 "Magnify self against the Prince of the host [Christ] (Mary is now in His place by them) Dan.8:11. "He shall stand up against the Prince of Princes (Christ) Dan.8:25. "Oppose and exalt self above all that is God- 2Tess. 2:4; He will blaspheme God and His name Rev. 13:6.
D. Opposed to Christ' s mediation in the heavenly Sanctuary, take away the "daily" or the continual ministration of Christ in the Sanctuary. Daniel 8:11, and "cast down" the place of his {Christ' s} Sanctuary,.
He would would sit "In the temple of God, showing himself that he is God 2Thessalonians 2:4
He would blaspheme God' s Tabernacle {Revelation 13:6}
E. Opposed to God' s Law. He will "Think to change times and laws Daniel 7:25 [read Gen 1 to learn God set a day from Sun set to sunset, Rome changed it from mid-night to mid-night for the times. For the LAWS, they changed the Bible's Sabbath from the 7th day to the first day of the week, and changed Annual Sabbaths- the Feast Days, to line up to Pagan Holy days. Easter in place of Passover, on the Spring Equinox, Christ's birth on Dec 25th the Winter Solstice, to name a few. The "Mystery of Lawlessness 2 Thes. 2:7 KJV.
F. A persecuting Power "make war with the saints. For a "Time and times and the dividing of time+ 3 1/2 times/years {In Bible prophecy a time is one year of 360 days thus 3.5 = 1260 days/years Daniel 7:21,25.
As a result of the "Falling Away", from the truth, Biblical Truth, as Predicted by Paul in 2 Thess. 2:3 these two important event took place in the 2nd century!
a. The church began to lose sight of the gospel, as it was written.
b. The church began to turn away from the Sabbath, and listened to men instead of God' s Word.
There were three (3) human milestones produced:
1. "The Epistle of Barnabas" [not Canon in the KJV} Chap. 19 (2) "By thy hands thou shalt labor for the redemption of sins."
Note: This is NOT Biblical! This church began to behold that Grace of God, came from the workings of the Holy Spirit, rather than from the personage of Jesus Christ, but by "Meritorious works" of men! Finally Grace began to be associated with the church. They based this on: "The church is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and since grace is imparted through the Holy Spirit the church is the channel of grace.
{This is NOT biblical note below}
Romans 8:9. "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."
Cont: And further, because the bishop is the leader of the church, grace resides in him. And in harmony with this thinking Ignatius wrote early in the 2nd Century: "To all them that repent, the Lord grants forgiveness, if they turn in penitence to the unity of God, and to communion with the bishop." Epistle to the Philadelphians, chap.8.
FIRST APOLOGY, CHAP 67. "relative to God' s Sabbath this too was cast to the ground rather gradually. Justin Martin wrote in A.D. 155: "On the day called Sunday, all who live in the cities or in the country gather together to one place, and the memoirs of the apostles or the writings of the prophets are read.... Sunday is the day on the which we all hold our common assembly, because it is the first day on which God, having wrought a change in the darkness and matter, made the world; and Jesus Christ our Savior on the same day rose from the dead."
Note: As you can see these are the very beginnings of the man-made change for the the day of worship which God said "REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY, SIX DAYS SHALL THOU LABOR, AND DO ALL THY WORK. BUT THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD THY GOD: IN IT THOU SHALT NOT DO ANY WORK...." Exodus 20:8-11. all.
How was Sunday exalted in place of for the Bible Sabbath?
The first recorded attempt to assert power over other churches was in A.D.195 when a man named Victor excommunicated a group of several thousand Christians in Asia Minor who taught that Easter should be observed, according the the Jewish calendar, but Victor felt the celebration should be held only on Sundays, Tertullian, a prominent Christian at the beginning of the 3rd Century, taught that Sunday should be a day of at least a partial rest. The first civil Sunday law was ordered in A.D. 321 by Emperor Constantine, "In honor of the Venerable3 Day of the Sun."
Note: The Roman church just went along with this! Why?
It is well known that Rome's leaders have always been warmly disposed towards Sun worship, and the cult of Mithras was at the time very well accepted, and widespread., In point of fact if we take the Vatican's Dogmas and line them up against the Mithraic dogmas, you'll find far more agreements than differences, even and especially, today!
WHEN AND FOR HOW LONG DID THE LITTLE HORN HOLD POWER?
From the year of 538 A.D. When the last of the 3 horns were up rotted, the Ostrogoths, right up to the time when Napoleon, who wanted to crown himself, but the Pope at that time opposed this, he sent his General Berthier down on the pretext of a few citizen of France were held, they arrested the Pope, and took away the civil powers of church, thus the Vatican was no longer a independent nation again until 1929, when Mussolini and Gasparri signed the Lateran Treaty!
Revelation 13:3. "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast."
Note: This Treaty was the beginning healing of the deadly wound, in 1927, but it not yet fully healed, and shall not be until it has received it's full civil powers it had during its 1260 years from 538 to 1798. This is more fully shown in Rev. 17: via an international confederation of powers symbolized by the 10 horns, and one mind, thus one goal and purpose, Vs.12-13.
This power system, shall prevail until the time of the End, just before Jesus Christ returns, whose FEET SHALL NOT TOUCH THIS EARTH, AT THIS TIME, BUT THE "INSTEAD OF CHRIST" Satan' feet most surely shall, and he shall be seen as an angel of light, but he shall be the first so seen, and that the why of these verses:
Matthew 24:5. "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many."
Note: Now in 2012, we have at least 6 persons who claim to be Jesus Christ. {By the way they each are doing extremely well money wised!}
Matthew 24:23. "Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not."
Matthew 24:26."Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not."
Matthew 24:27. "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."
Note: Satan can not, nor is he allowed to duplicated the above verse, and the why of the next verse.
1 Thessalonians 4:17. "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
Note: "Caught up in the clouds" means what?
Daniel 7:13. "I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him"
Note: does this not suggest that God's angles here are called clouds?.
Matthew 24:30. "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. " {26:64. Mark 13:26. Rev. 1:7}
Note: in this sense clouds are angels, as in many, uncountable many!
