THE FORGOTTEN LAW.-----PART 2.

    Again my thanks to Amazing Facts, for their info in "Hidden Truth."
YES,   many a person having said, "Well I worship GOD, every day!"

To those I say: "Sorry but GOD has given us a day already, unless YOU think your voice is equal in authority to GOD' s perhaps you should learn which day HE set aside for us to REST!"

WHAT DAY IS THE BIBLE SABBATH AND WHO MADE IT?

• Genesis 2:1-3. "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made."
• Exodus 20:10. "But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:"
• Mark 16:1-2. "And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulcher at the rising of the sun."
• Luke 23:54-56."And that day was the preparation, and the Sabbath drew on. And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulcher, and how his body was laid. And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment"
• Luke 25:1-3. "Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus."

NOTE Please remember these events: A. Christ was on the Cross until 3 PM on Friday. B. HE was taken down and placed into the tomb, late Friday, but before SUNDOWN, as the ladies need to buy the oils and spices to anoint His body, for burial. This MUST be done before sunset as this marks the beginning of the Sabbath- Saturday at sunset. C The Sabbath day from Friday's sunset to Sabbath's sunset. 

D. Sunday AM. the ladies came to anoint, but the tomb was already empty! Sunday is the First day of the week. . .look at your calendar!

    It was GOD, Himself, who created the Sabbath, and on the SEVENTH DAY! Sunday worship is a human Tradition, not found in the the Word of GOD, anywhere!

• 1 Chronicles 17:27. "Now therefore let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may be before thee for ever: for thou blessed, O LORD, and it shall be blessed for ever."
• Numbers 23:20. "Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it."
• Mark 2:27-28. "And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath."

Note: Much has been said about the verse 27 above, and many take to mean that we can set our own Sabbath  or REST day! But does it say that? NO! The Sabbath' are man's days of rest, but also for all draft animals!

• Exodus 20:10. "But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:"

OK, IS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY THE LORD'S DAY?

• 1 Thessalonians 5:2. "For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night."

Note: The Day of the Lord or the Lord' s day, both are the same event, the Day of Christ' s return, the Second Advent! Thus not a thing to do with Revelation 1:10...

• Revelation 1:10. "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,"

Note: as this is yet future, how can this become the Sabbath other than by the Traditions of men, in Rome? While all her "DAUGHTERS" follow her ways!

• Isaiah 58:13. "If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shalt honor him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:"
• Matthew 12:8. "For the Son of man is Lord even of the Sabbath day"

Note: Can we keep Resurrection Sunday, as a memorial? The Bible gives no such direction. Plus the Passover has been converted into The Last Supper, Communion and foot washing, as Jesus gave us the example, yes! As in....

• John 14:15. "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

No wonder Jesus gave us this.....

• Matthew 15:3,9 "But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 9.  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

NOTE (J.B.)  please make note of Vs 9' s in vain to they worship me.... Vain - in Hebrew--MATEN [mat'-ane] Strong's concordance # 3155 in the idea of manipulations, unsuccessful search folly, to no purpose. 

 Please notice all human traditional worship doctrines are what, in vain!

   NEVER. . . ever take the words of men, no not even this one, for the Word of GOD, learn that for self, as only SELF shall stand in Judgment!

WHAT DOES GOD SAY ABOUT SABBATH KEEPING IN THE TEN COMMANDMENTS?

• Exodus 20:8-11. "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it."
• Deuteronomy 9:10. "And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly."

Note: God began this commandment with  "REMEMBER" because He knew we would forget His Holy Sabbath!

WHY DID GOD MAKE THE SABBATH AND WHY SHOULD WE KEEP IT?

• 1 Peter 2:21. "For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:"

NOTE; Think YOU, reader, that all who call self a Christ man or woman, should not follow the example He set before us!  If you doubt this fact read Exodus 20:8-11 again!

• Ezekiel 20:12. "Moreover also I gave them my Sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them."

Note: A SIGN? Who has not heard of the Mark of the Beast, which without it none can buy nor sell?

         Well. guess what folks, they are both signs! So whomever worships on Sunday, the first day of the week, whose sign are they under? Those who worship on the Sabbath Saturday, are under God's sign, right? Remember there are ONLY TWO SIDES: One side for GOD and the other side is for Satan! Simple right?

So chose life by choosing God, any other you chose death!

• James 2:10. "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
• 1 Peter 2:21. "For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:"

Note: Remember GOD gave us a twofold sign (1) it is a sign that HE created all in 6 literal, 24 hour days, and (2) it is a sign of HIS might and power to redeem and sanctify men.

• Isaiah 58:13-14. "If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shalt honor him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it."
• Luke 4:16. "And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read"

Note: Who is man, that we should be mindful of him and his traditions, that counter the set example given to us by our Savior Christ Jesus? Does this question asked of YOU demand an answer, even if only to self?

   Please look at this: The first time a number is mentioned in Scripture, three times is Gen 2:1-3 where GOD blessed the Seventh day three times. The last such mention is in Revelation 13:187 and the the number is 6 as in 6,6, 6. is an identifying sign of the beast power!

BUT HAVEN'T THE 10 PILLARS BEEN CHANGED?

• Psalms 89:34. "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips."
• Deuteronomy 4:2. "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you."
• Proverbs 30:5-6. "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.  Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar."

NOTE: It is impossible to change GOD's law because  they are HIS character, and His Glory! Please note:. Exodus 20:1-3" And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.  Thou shalt have no other gods before me."

DOES SABBATH KEEPING REALLY AFFECT ME PERSONALLY?

• John 14:15. "If ye love me, keep my commandments."
• Romans 14:12. "So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God."
• James 4:1. " Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin."
• Revelation 22:14. "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

Note: Love will create the desire within to obey and love without commandment keeping is but servitude against one's will.

• 1 John 2:3-5. "And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him."

Note: How long will the Sabbath and the 10 laws be in forced?

• Isaiah 66:23. "And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD."

Note: the above's time frame is in the New Eden, on this the cleaned up earth Rev. 21:1-2 +
