      Ephesians 5:9-10  "(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving                                                what is acceptable unto the Lord."

   In the previous "exposures", we learned {as did I} that those Loyola Spiritual Exercises, opened up a a willing on your part, a pathway for Satan's spirit, to enter in your mind. All the while these" guides", "Directors" "Counselors",  the "13th ONE", are NOT telling is that this allows Satan spirit to control you, all the they are telling you its the Holy Spirit, directly sent from god The Father!
    It has been via this method that 96% of Protestants are rushing to back to the Roman Church, and all their non-Biblical doctrines!

    Romans 10:17 " So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
Note: When God's Word is read by anyone out loud, then we, not only hear but see, and speak His Word, giving us the greater retention

    However the so-called Spiritual Exercises, Contemplative Prayers, no matter the name, they call it, all are trying to get YOU to focus on a word, a place, and meditate, which gives evil spirits access to YOU! The groups may be called Promise Keepers, Alpha Groups, Charismatics, just as they say "All Roads lead to Rome," well all these outfits will also lead to Rome, and the doctrines of me, rather than of God!  Now do these experiences feel real?
    Oh, yes indeed they do, so real that you can see, and feel it,once Satan has you hooked! Therein lies the danger.But all with Satan shall share his fate and end in the Lake of Fire...

   Ezekiel 28:16 " By the multitude of your trade they have filled the midst of you with violence, and you                                 have sinned: therefore I will cast you as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will                                  destroy you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire."
    Revelation 19:20  "And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles                                      before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and                             them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with                             brimstone."
Note Brimstone is sulfur and it burns at 2300 F. so death shall be near instantaneous for all but Satan, upon whom Christ shall place the weight of all sins, this the final Judgement after the 1,000 years, during which, this earth sees no sun, no light and no life but for Satan and his angels, and all the dead unjust, and unburied.

YET ALL THIS STUFF IS IN "VOGUE" TODAY. DOES POPULAR MAKE ANYTHING CORRECT OR TRUTH?

Sadly , no!  Nor does it mean it's from God. The Reformation's reformers all rejected the "Spiritual Exercises" as a way of "finding one's relationship with God, through Christ, Jesus, and Luther taught that the Just shall walk by Faith!

PUTTING THIS INTO PRACTICE:

Paul Yonggi Cho, who heads up the worlds largest church in South Korea, wrote a book called "The Fourth Dimension".

Dr. Robert Schuller---- In the forward to the book he wrote the following in regard to 'Visualization', "I discovered the reality of that dynamic dimension (4th) in prayer that comes through visualizing. Don't try to understand it, just start to enjoy it. It's true It works! I tried it!"

VISUALIZATION IS HYPNOSES;
Psychologist, Micheal Yapko, explains:  "Many times therapists are't even aware that they're doing hypnosis. The're doing what they call guided imagery [which IS visualization] or guided meditation, which are all very mainstream hypnotic techniques."

CARL JUNG (1875-1961- MYSTICAL EXPERIENCES OF...
Swiss psychologist and major contributor to psychotherapy, Carl Jung cultivated the ability to have visions from deep imagination. Some would label these as explorations as mystical experiences while others would say they are more akin to the sort of creative thinking artists do. In addition to these experiences, Jung had several spontaneous visions when he was recovering from a heart attack when he was 69. All of his visions are described in detail in his book "Memories, Dreams and Reflections."

Note: See how all these methods, are used to gain control and access to a can we say a "Vacant Mind"? One that is totally focused upon a word, an image, or just humming OHM over and over?

Jung uses a visual technique that he has found helps him go deeper into active Imagination. This technique is realistic visualization of descending a great distance. In this experience he figures that he has descended about 1,000 feet. There he discovers a "cosmic Abyss.". Next he sees something like a moon crater and then he has the feeling that he is in the land of the dead. Near the steep slope of a rock he catches the sight of two people, one old man and the other, a beautiful young girl. He summons up his courage and approaches the. He listens carefully to what they say. The old man turns out to be the biblical figure of Elijah and the girl, Salome, "What a strange couple." he muses. But Elijah tells Jung that he and Salome belong together for all eternity. Along with the two is a third, a large black snake. Jung sticks close to Elijah and keeps his distance from Salome..CONT....

Note: Elijah was "Translated", never saw death as he was taken up by God to heaven, but this Salome, was the New Testament equal of the Old Book's Jezebel, both very wickedly sinful. a Very interesting typology, one stood for good, the other for evil!
   This then is the"Fusion" of good and evil, which is Pantheism. Jezebel and Queen and a high Priestess for Ballim, and Salome,step daughter of Herod the great, he danced to him as the price for the head of John the Baptist!


Cont: Overtime, Jung holds conversation with Elijah who eventually changes into another figure, Philemon. Philemon teaches Jung about the nature of human consciousness. Jung begins to see how autonomous figures can act. It is the inner figure that seems to hold this knowledge, not Jung. (p;183). Again, Jung's inner figure changes. This time it alters to take on the form of the Egyptian notion of spirit, Ka. (p184-185) Vintage edition IBID.

Note: "INNER FIGURE," does this not speak of possession by an evil Spirit!Note he says its' autonomous, which must mean "IT", has a mind and will of its own, right?

Is this not POWER RELIGION? In which it man who claims to have all the power? Does this fit with....

     Luke 21:14-18  "Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will                                give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay                                     nor resist. And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinfolks, and                               friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all                        men for my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish."

Note: ANY, yes any form of hypnosis is NEVER from God. He speaks to all through His Word, the Holy Bible and some selected beings by dreams and visions, and fewer still directly via an Angel! Any other method is from Satan!  PLEASE THINK... if the Occultists are doing this, why in Heaven's Name should we want ti emulate them? Remember, they fully believe, that Satan-Lucifer is the Good Guy, and that Christ is the evil one!
   Please remember if God the Father is for it, Satan's against it, and vice versa! The word SATAN in the Hebrew means apposer!
   Why is this important?
    God Himself gave us a free-will, a mind to choose anything for ourselves. God NEVER intended for anyone's mind be to be subjected to the will of another which is what Hypnosis is! Most of us need no help to at times act as a monkey, without being put into a hypnotic spell to act as one!

TRUE MEDITATION IS BIBLE BASED ONLY: Unless YOU want to play with the devil, and YOU lose!

  Psalms 119:148-149  "Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. Hear my                          voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment."

   Psalms 63:6  "When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches."  
   Psalms 77:12-13  "I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?"

Meditate:  siyach {see'-akh] a primitive Root; to ponder, that is, (by implication) converse (with self), and hence aloud or transitively utter; commune, complain, declare, meditate, muse, pray, speak, talk (with).

Note: When the Bible says TALK---SPEAK.. to God, He is your Heavenly Father, Whom breathed life into you, and me. He is YOUR friend, and Champion Protector against evil forces!
     You see, all this spirit and spiritual stuff being pushed these days, are directly from Satan, and the ONLY way he has the power to hurt Christ, is to deceive people and take them with him to the Lake of fire!

     Ezekiel 28:17-18"  Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by                               reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that                                  they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities,                by the iniquity of thy traffic; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee."

Note: Ezekiel 28 is known as Satan's Funeral dirge!  He has already been judged and sentenced, but sentence has been forwarded until the the end of the 1,000, year Millennium Age

Pastor Steve Mitchell , Garden City Grace Brethren Church, Roanoke, VA. quotes Schuler as saying:
  "The secret of winning unchurched people into the church is really quite simple. find out what they would be impressed them, and then give it to them."

He took his cues from Norman Vincent Peale and began an approach to ministry that all but did away with expository preaching centered on god's Word, and decided to address what he felt were people's psychological and emotional needs.......cont.

     2 Timothy 3:1-5 " This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

Note: The idea of "SELF-LOVE" is thoroughly condemned, within the Bible, THEREFORE, ALL who preach it ,MUST have chosen Satan or have been totally deceived by him! I pray they soon will come to the truth of God!
WHY?
    Well, just as Our Father's love is poured out upon others, so should we all pour out our love upon others, remember giving is better than receiving, and this is its beginning, of man's saying.

     2 Corinthians 3:18  "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are                                             changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."

    "By beholding Christ, you will become changed, until you will hate your former pride, your former vanity and self- esteem, your self- righteousness and unbelief. You will cast these sins aside as a worthless burden, and walk humbly, meekly, trustfully, before God. You will practice patience, gentleness, goodness, mercy, and every grace that dwells in the Child of God, and will at last find a place among the sanctified and holy."

  Can YOU, dear reader, begin to see why this lady, who called herself the 'lesser light', actually put a bright spot-light on God's Word? Please read 2Cor. 3:18 above again! This readily shows the vast gap, between God's Word and the words of men!  But look at what God showed her.....

    "It is through this avenue of self-esteem and self-sufficiency that Satan will seek to ensnare the people of God."

     It should be very plain, that one follows the Bible, thus God, while the other follows the dark Power! Whom will Y O U chose to follow?

                         SCHULLER AND ROME.

   Yes Schuller has passed and his son took over his Pastoral duties, in Garden Grove's CA., 's "Crystal Cathedral". which latter declared bankruptcy and the this beautiful edifice to man, was bought by the Catholic diocese..  (jb)

Schuller has sympathized with Catholicism in the past. In 1972, Schuller "Invited Catholic Bishop Fulton J. Sheen to his pulpit and joined with Catholic Bishops at their Mass at the Annual Mary's Hour at the Los Angeles Sports Arena" { David Beale, S.B.C. House on the Sand, p 144}

Schuller said: "It's time for Protestants to go to the shepherd {Pope} and say "What do I have to do to come home?"   {11/15/1987 , Calvary Contender} When Schuller was planning to build his Crystal Cathedral, he made a special trip to Rome to ask the Pope's blessing on the building plans. {Foundation, March-April 1990]

                   ARE YOU A "BILLY GRAHAM" FAN?
    In 1985, the Paulist National Catholic Evangelical Association and Tyndale House Publishers jointly published "What Christians Can Learn from One Another about Evangelizing Adults," Which contained a chapter by Billy Graham. This book called for greater cooperation between Protestants and Catholics in so-called evangelism, and also included articles by Joseph Cardinal Bernardin, Robert Schuller, Bill Bright, Jack Wyrtzen and others."   [Flirting With Rome. p. 31.

Note: Please ponder on this point, "Why did the the Reformation happen"? Was there reasons, Biblically, that compelled people, to risk life and limb, to stand with Bible's Principles? Remember, this system is STILL the Little Horn of Daniel 7, and she has not changed from then to now!

Note: If all these well known people, embrace the Vatican II philosophy, formed by the Jesuits, how much Protestantism is left in them? Are they still "PROTESTING" Rome anti-Bible stands? Can you see the why of this passage......

     A LETTER TO THE POPE... PIUS XI.

In May 22, 1934 J.L. Day of Thomaston, Georgia wrote a letter to Pope Pius XI..  He asked "is the accusation true, that the Protestants accuse you of? They say you changed the Seventh day Sabbath to the, so-called Christian Sunday: Identical with the first day of the week. If so, when did you make the change and by what authority?

Dear Sir:
   
    Regarding the change from the observance of the Jewish Sabbath to the Christian Sunday, I wish to draw your attention to the facts:  CONT:
 {note Genesis 2:1-3 , and the word Jew did not appear in the Bible until the Book of ester, near 2000 years after Adam and Eve, Jewish Sabbath? 
    Mark 2:27 " And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:" Man is that inclusive or exclusive?}

CONT:  
(1) That Protestants, who accept the Bible as the only...........rule of faith and religion, should be all means go back to the observance of the Sabbath. The fact that they do not...... but on the contrary observe the Sunday, STULTIFIES them in the eyes of every thinking man.
(2) We, Catholics do NOT.......accept the Bible as the ONLY. . . . rule of faith. Besides the Bible we have the living Church, the authority of the church, as a rule to guide us. We say, this Church, instituted by Christ, to teach and guide men through life, has the right to change the Ceremonial Laws of the Old testament and hence, we accept her change of the Sabbath to Sunday. We frankly say, "Yes, the Church made this change, made this law, as she made many other other laws, for instance Friday Abstinence, the unmarried priesthood, the laws concerning mixed marriages, the regulation of Catholic marriages, and a thousand other laws"

(3) We also say that of all Protestants, the Seventh-Day Adventists are the only group that reason correctly and are consistent with their teachings. It is always somewhat laughable to see the Protestant Churches, in pulpits and legislature, demand the observance of Sunday, of which there is nothing in the Bible.

Note: Again whom should we follow? God or Man? Please take note in (2)'s  claiming the right to change the CEREMONIAL LAWS? Well excuse me but the Sabbath falls under the Ten Commandments, that God Himself wrote on stone for eternal permanence!  {Exodus 20:7-11}  So it comes down to "What do
Y O U believe or rather WHOM do you believe, God or man. Of course we all know, man does not lie, right?

Yet this idea of self-empowerment goes much deeper for instance in Robert Sc huller's words:

     "I'm dreaming a bold dream: that positive-thinking believers in God will rise above the illusions that our sectarian religions have imposed on the world, and that leaders of the major faiths will rise above doctrinal idiosyncrasies, choosing not to focus on disagreements, but rather to transcend divisive dogmas to work together to bring peace and prosperity and hope to the world;;;" Robert Schuller, My Journey p. 502.

NOTE:  DOCTRINAL IDIOSYNCRASIES? 
1. MAN HAS AN IMMORTAL SOUL..is a stock and trade belief for 96% of Christians, yet false!
     Genesis 3:4  "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:"
     The above is Satan's first recorded lie, yet most accept it as truth!
   1 Timothy 6:15-16  "Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of                                 kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man                             can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power                             everlasting. Amen."
2: The dead go directly to their reward.  This is a Pagan doctrine from Babylon, thus false!
          Genesis 3:19  "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out                                   of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."
If Y O U believe, that you can still have life, after death, as dust, please pray and study your Bible!

Richard Rohr wrote the foreword to a 2007 Book called "How Big is Your god?" authored by a Jesuit Priest Paul Coutinha, In this book he describes an inter spiritual community where people of all religions [Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity] worship the same GOD!

Mixing truth with error equals truth????? They, all man-made religions reject Jesus Christ, so explain how they get around this .....

  So who wants to follow Willow Creek deep into the Mystical Occultist practices of the Catholic Church hierarchy, that most members never hear nor see about?

 Does not The Holy Word of God tells us that believers in Christ, are to teach Salvation by faith from Christ? Repentance of our sins, and humbly ask forgiveness? Are we not asked to pray, for the infusion of the Holy Spirit, and be willing to take on the character of Jesus? To look, and place our burdens at the foot of the Cross? To know and obey God's Laws, and accept the Testimony is Christ Jesus, and pray for the wisdom to accept His truths and ask for His help to overcome the world, and thus to be able to stand in that great day, and teach others to do the same?
  Are not all the above points not AWOL, within all of this Universalism, the Ecumenism the Little Horn's kings are pushing, for their world domination as seen in all of Revelation 13?

Note: Whom should we obey for our salvation, God or men?

Note: need a quiet room....need to focus mind on one point, word, or place.... then the need to see and to feel that which your focus becomes reality!   How different is this from "Brain-washing" or even self-hypnosis?  Remember both Nature abhors a vacuum, but Satan loves them for them he moves right in an occupies you with his demon spirits, who then possesses one!  All this so that one can have a one-to one conversation with evil spirits? Therefore, whoever would like to come with me is to be content to eat as I, and also to drink and dress, etc., as I: Likewise he is to labor like me in the day and watch in the night, ect., that so afterwards he may have a part with me in the victory, as he has had in his labors."
THIRD POINT":to consider what the good subjects aught to answer .." [Note..such a king?]

TO MAKE THE EXERCISES BETTER AND TO FIND BETTER WHAT ONE DESIRES.

TENTH ADDITION: which is Penance This is divided into interior and exterior. The interior is to grieve for one's sins, with the firm purpose of not committing them nor any others. The exterior, or fruit of the first is, chastisement for the sins committed, and is chiefly taken in three ways
FIRST WAY:  is to eating.  That is to say, when we leave off the superfluous, it is not penance, but temperance. It is penance when we leave off from the suitable; the more and more,, the greater and better---provided that the person does not injure himself, and that no notable illness follows [(jb) starvation diet?]

[(jb) this word Penance is not found in Young' s Literal Translation, nor in KJV nor in the KJ2000  version, nor in DBY Darby's Version or in Wycliffe's version, but only found in Romes Catechism books. As it's a human effort thus works, and salvation by works alone,  is not possible!

SECOND WAY: the manner of sleeping. Here too it is not penance to leave of the superfluous of soft and delicate things, but it is penance when one leaves off from the suitable in the manner: and more and more the better...
Note: Stay away from your soft and comfy beds, best sleep on the floor for penance, especially on nails or broken glass, right?  Is this not right out of the Paganism of self-purification by flagellation's? 

  Here we GO!

THIRD WAY:  CHASTISE THE FLESH. That is giving sensible pain, which is by wearing haircloth or cords or iron chains next to flesh, by scouring or wounding oneself, and by other kinds of austerity. Note.  What appears most suitable and most secure with regard to penance is that the pain should be sensible in the flesh and not enter the bones, so that that it give pain and not illness. For it appears to be more suitable to scourge oneself with thin cords, which give pain exteriorly, rather than in another way which would cause notable illness within.
FIRST NOTE: is that the exterior penances are done chiefly fro three ends: First, as satisfaction for the sins committed.
Second Note: to conquer oneself... that is, to make sensuality obey reason and inferior parts to be more subject to the superior;
THIRD; to seek and find some grace or gift which a person wants and desires;... the person finds himself.

Note: Does not the Bible say that Christ pain in full our debts of sins?

    Isaiah 53:5  "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the                                          chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

Note: By all this "Penance", this self-inflicted pain, are they not all who follow this, are they not in fact and in full reality, saying to Christ, "I do not accept nor believe, that YOU Jesus, have pain my sin price in full, so I must punish myself also?"  Is this one reason for their Mass, symbolically Crucifying Christ over and over each time? Again, there no such request for anything such as this within the Word of God, so this is all human ideas! Just how sick can some men get?
The Jesus Christ I know and love DIED FOR ME AND MY SINS, but I know naught of their Christ!  Yet there's more!

FORTH RULE:  to praise much the Religious Orders, Virginity and continence, and not so much marriage as any of these.
FIFTH RULE: praise vows of religion,of obedience, of poverty, of chastity and other perfections of supererogation..
SIXTH RULE: TO PRAISE RELICS OF THE SAINTS.  giving veneration to them and praying to the Saints; and to praise stations, pilgrimages, indulgences, pardons, Cruzadas, and candles lighted in the church.

Note: praying to the dead, veneration of the dead and or their body parts, is totally of Pagan origins.

SEVENTH RULE: TO PRAISE CONSTITUTIONS about fasts, and abstinence, as of Lent, Ember Days, Vigils,[a vigil the day and evening before a fesitival]  and Friday and Saturday; likewise penances, not only interior but also exterior.
EIGHTH RULE: To praise the ornaments and the buildings of churches; likewise images, and to venerate them according to what they represent.

Note: What do Y O U dear reader consider idolatry? The Bible says bow not down to images of wood or stone or metals, that meas do not venerate things!

This is just one point of 1,000's of errors Rome has perpetuated!

People who think the scriptures should be the sole authority, should logically become 7th Day Adventist, and keep Saturday holy."

Perhaps the best proof lies in their own Book the Converts Catechism of Catholic Doctrine and compare that to any Bible including their own, the  Douay Bible. But keep on reading......

WHAT'S SO WRONG ABOUT THIS COURSE?

IN THE ALPHA COURSE: "The Holy Spirit is mediated through the hands of the leaders and through the "slain in the spirit" experiences.
      Alpha makes the reception of the Holy Spirit and outward manifestations the marks of faith; the published testimonies that come out of ALPHA NEWS nearly always concentrate on the Holy Spirit experience as the central aspect of conversion, rather that the Bible's emphasis: repentance from sins, faith in the crucified and risen Lord, with the infilling of the holy Spirit following the. {Acts 2:38] This is a REVERSAL OF THE BIBLICAL MODEL.    Acts 2:38  "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus                           Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

Note: The sole aim of the Holy Spirit, from God, is to glorify Jesus, by teaching us about Him!

CELL GROUPS: Like the Alpha course, cell groups also fall under a coach or a Spiritual director.. they are designed to bring people to consensus theology, celebration liturgy {non religious functions within the church]  and then to sacrificing of individual norms to group norms and dynamics using peer pressure.

Note: this is becoming more and more like Ron L. Hubbert's invention, Scientology, is it not?

The Following quotes are from the Training Manual for running effective cell groups:

also member are not permitted to change cell groups and murmuring and criticism is not permitted. Unity of thoughts, feelings and commitment are sought. " the disciples in the cell vision cannot operate independently of their leader unity is the symbol of maturity."

Note: sure sound like a cult, and group think! Not at all like God.....
      Isaiah 1:18 " Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet,                               they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."
Does this get you thinking about our Bible studies, where the Bible questions are asked and by the bible answers are given? Yea I know, Bill,is great fellow, but his word will not give anyone salvation, right? Besides all this points smack towards Consciences  Theology! I want God's word not the words decided by a bunch of men, who can't save even themselves!

AS for the power of Positive thinking, one can think they are very sincere, but are sincerely wrong, Biblically, and what other than the Bible do we have for instructions? Not a thing!  Remember Loyola said, "Even if your leader is a dog, you will obey him unquestionably!" Please remember this comes from the "Handbook to Protestant churches" for the Alpha training!

THE TWELVE AROUND ONE MODEL: " JESUS TOOK 3.5 YEARS TO TRAIN 12 ANS SO CELL GROUPS USE THE 12 AROUND ONE CONCEPT." [well at lest they followed the Bible on this point!]

Like all other Mystery Orders, the Oder of Rosicrucian's is formed on cosmic lines: if we take balls of even size, and try how many it takes to cover one and hide it from view, we shall find that it will require 12 to conceal a 13th ball. The ultimate division of physical matter, the true atom, is found in planetary space, is thus grouped in twelve around one. The 12 semi-tones of the musical scale comprising the octave, the twelve Apostles who clustered around Christ, etc,. are other examples of this grouping of 12 and 1. The Rosicrucian Order is therefore also composed of 12 Brothers and a 13th.

    Satan wants to be as The Most High, Jesus had His 12, and the 12 Tribes, and Jesus was and is the centrality of both the Old and the New Testaments, and Satan's so jealous that he could bite rail-road spikes into bits!  But Scriptures do not require 12 around one, in fact... 

     Matthew 18:20  "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of                                 them."

IBID Leirskool 2nd Lesson lesing 9;  In the section on "Intercession" we read: Intercession is necessary to:
Confirm the team of 12       To satisfy the needs of the group of 12.    To enjoy protection from evil.   To attain Sanctification. { Avail only from faith in Christ] To build and maintain like mindedness {Group think}       And to raise up the disciples to the same level of servitude as their mentors.

Note: Same level of servitude as their mentors? Wow, they don't ask for anyone to aim higher than mankind? Are we not Biblically told,  to inspire to be as the character of Christ, and not man? Of course Christ is totally left out from this formula, right? 

Ibid Leirskool:   A mentor is described as someone: "With a Priestly commission, who is merciful and sympathetic and approved, holy. "
No human can be holy, as all are carnal.This is directly from the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, that have nothing to do , nor in common with the Holy Spirit. 
    Texts quoted include passages from the gospel of John and the Book of Hebrews which refer to Jesus ans the ministry of the high priest that typified the ministry of Jesus. 

Ibid Leirskool:  "Midst many positive aspects, great emphasis is laid on fasting, the gifts of the Spirit such as the gift of healing, prophecy, power and miracles, tongues (but excluding the function of the Holy Spirit in conviction of sin, righteousness and judgement). The student is also informed that "Paul spent most of his time praying on strange (foreign) tongues"  1 Cor. 14:18 Quoted. 

  1 Corinthians 14:18  "I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all: "

Paul was by birth a Roman citizen, thus spoke that tongue, as well as Greek and the Hebrew tongues.. But this is not the Gibberish we hear from the Evangelicals, and Catholics of today! 


MARTIN LUTHER wrote the first step is to repent.
   "The true way to Christianity is this, that man do first acknowledge himself, by the law, to be a sinner, and that it is impossible for him to do any good work. For the law saith, "Thou are an evil tree, and therefore all that thou thinkest, speakest, or doest, is against God.{Matt. 7:17.) "For whatever is not of faith is sin"... When a man is thus taught and instructed by the law, then he is terrified and humbled, then he seeth indeed the greatness of sin, and cannot find in himself one spark of the love of God in His Word, and confesseth that he is guilty of death and eternal damnation. The first part then of Christianity is the preaching of repentance and the knowledge of ourselves."

NOTE: The Above by Luther is the exact opposite of the Alpha Course! But then that were Satan resides in opposition to Christ, and all HE stands for, right? So if by 2004 this has been taught, [ and hopefully rejected] by some 7,500 churches, how many have been subjected to this so far today? 

Remember it is EISOGESIS and not EXEGESIS :  Eisogesis is us asking what is the Bible and God telling us? Exogenous is men telling us,  what God is telling us! As I (jb) say "Ask what is the Bible trying to teach me? Never say this is what the Bible means! Yet always with prayers asking for the wisdom to understand what HE wants us ti understand!"
  It is this EXO stuff that's given us these "NEW Translations" which are but what a some group of theologians think they understand!
There are those who want to make God's Word far more complicated than it is, so as to male themselves look importantly wise. However.....rather then their "Predigesting the Word", lets learn if for self via prayer.

    2 Corinthians 11:3 " But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so                                         your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

SPIRITUAL EXERCISES VS FAITH: Eisogesis VS. Exogesis. 
Eisogesis is[MAN/MEN] reading into the word and Exogesis is extracting from the word what God has put there!

In an exercise called "Composition" {seeing the place} the imagination is clothed with a visible form, the object if "fixed" and imagination becomes reality. today we call this exercise visualization and it is practiced form of primary to tertiary education levels and forms the basis of most religious experiences in the world today."

Note: This is even used in the schools of the western world today, and all under the tutelage of the Jesuits!
  The aim, to destroy human morality!

The Jesuit retreats last normally 4 weeks. They are run by a retreat master [Guide , coach]
"Only the director who has grasped the mind and heart of Ignatian Spirituality, which is distinguished service of Christ, can fulfil his task of adapting the exercises to the precise needs of the individual or group to whom he is speaking.... An experienced retreat master who knows the exercises well, will make numerous little adjustments in his approaches to the meditation to fit the education, temperament, role in life, age bracket and interests of his audience."

Yet this meditation procedure was the product of Satan, designed to lead people into accepting the voice of masquerading demons as being the voice of the Holy Spirit!"

    The article continues and states that Loyola's retreats focused on sin and its consequences, in the lives of the participants, the life of Christ, and guide lines to deal with the temptations of the devil, the Passion and the resurrection,  .These same basic guidelines are used in organization such as Promise Keepers.

God wants to do something for each one of us. This work is an individual work, a personal work. Students, do not depend on your teachers to form your character. for Christ's sake make your characters individually. Take hold of God , and do not think that you have to be always with your teachers in order to be solid workers. We are to represent God to the world, to show what truth has done for us on this ground. We want to see the moving of the Holy Spirit. You will remember that the Spirit so worked in the schools of the prophets that when Saul, when hunting for David, came in connection with one of these schools, the Spirit came upon him, and he prophesied. But we need something more lasting that Saul had. take hold of God. you have little enough time in which to form characters fit for the future immortal life {AURC, July 28, 1899.par.12.]

Regarding Luther, we read in the Great Controversy:

   "The influence of this this one man, who dared to think and act for himself in religious matters, was to affect the church and world, not only in his time, but in all future generations. His firmness and fidelity would strengthen all, to the close of time, who should pass through a similar experience. The power and majesty of God stood forth above the counsel of men, above the mighty power of Satan."
[GC. 166.4]

Note: It's wise to seek the counsel of learned people, BUT never allow anyone to DICTATE what you must believe!Tell them to prove it within the word of God! If they can't well thank them and walk away!  Confess your sins to Christ Jesus, and if you've hurt someone, confess to that one and say I am truly sorry please forgive me.

    Matthew 23:8-10  "But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ."
Note: "master"... kathe'ge'te's-- kath-ayg--ay -tace- a guide, a teacher-figuratively- master.
That does not mean  I will not study with or read what they have written, but I shall always compare this to Scripture to see if it is so!

By these words Christ meant that no man is to place his spiritual interest under another as a child is guided and directed by his earthly father. This has encouraged a spirit to desire Ecclesiastical superiority, which has always resulted in the injury of men who have been trusted, and addressed as "Father", It confuses the sense of sacredness of the prerogatives of God.

{COL. Christ's Object Lessons 79.1 ] "As in earlier ages, the special truths for this time are found, not with the ecclesiastical authorities, but with the men and woman who are not too learned or too wise to believe the word of God."

Note: There is much truth in that passage, as most highly educated people around the world scoff at the faith and belief of and for God! They are just too smart for this, right? However that's akin to an ant telling the elephant to get out of the way or be run over!
  If this gives you question, just look up a bunch of theologians and see all their ideas on the simple baptism, a never-ending lot of differences!

     Psalms 32:8-9  "I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with                                   mine eye.  Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose                                 mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee."
       Isaiah 48:17  "Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God                                which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go."

Note: The gospel is NOT about things, magic formulas or secret messages, nor "chastizements' to receive greater light, BUT IT IS all about Personal Relationships with Christ! As He is the "Son" of God, and we are ALL children of God, that make Jesus our Brother, and friend! He wants us to respect and treat Him as such! What did God institute on this earth as the living example of this relationship? Marriage, marriage between one man and one woman! But of course we humans think that we can improve upon this right? Then as now!

Note:  Never allow another to tell you you must "See" or you must "Feel" the Holy Spirit, remember the Kingdom comes not by observation! Yet looking back most believers will see God's hands in lives as He directs them to our betterment!

As a reminder: "Nerver take the words of man/men for the word of god, learn that for self!"
